Any updates on this issue? Are they applying their new terms retroactively?
August 4, 2006 at 2:52 am #700991AnonymousInactiveI am deeply in the negative.
It doesn’t matter, I am likely to blacklist them anyway, I had a time at google today looking at gambling terms.
November 22, 2006 at 4:35 pm #716552AnonymousInactiveI am about to blacklist them too on over 150 sites. They are shafting me out of affiliate earnings, not to mention all the other crap they engage in all the time.

January 4, 2007 at 5:45 pm #720904AnonymousInactiveAfter complaining to Cpays for suddenly changing code for Carnival and Club Dice with only a weeks notice I received an email from Nir.
“In regards to your question, this change in the market happened in a short notice and we let you know as soon as we knew it.
We decided to fire empire online and to drop their brands since they do not believe in this business and sold there casinos without thinking of the damage they causing the affiliates.
Here at Cpays our affiliates are important to us and that is why we will compensate you for the future loses and will give you an amazing deal like no other in this business.
Please contact me directly to this Email address; I have a compensation for you and a new and amazing deal.”
So I emailed him back and this is the deal he offered (his last comment is very revealing).
“I can give you this:
During January you will get 70% revshare on players that will come from Eurogrand casino, our strongest brand.
You’ll keep getting 30% on the other brands. If you bring 20 players per month for 3 month I will give you $1000 bonus, if 50 players $1500 bonus, if 100 players $2500 bonus, if 150 players $5000 bonus.
This is the best deal on the market, after checking your site, I’m confident that you can do it.
I would like to get from you a list of all your sites so I can check and find the best way to promote us there to bring as many players as possible.
Please contact me ASAP, and lets push it hard, if I don’t get 5 players from you in a month I will have to move you to 20% revshare, company policy.”
Kinda blows this statement out of the water “Here at Cpays our affiliates are important to us and that is why we will compensate you for the future loses and will give you an amazing deal like no other in this business.”
January 4, 2007 at 7:57 pm #720944AnonymousInactiveyeah they are full of ****, honestly.
i am giving them those 5 player per month – otherwise they will never leave me alone. but dont even think of giving them anything more, its a BAD idea.

Dominique, it wasn’t our intention to create spam post. We only intended to respond to the consultations and references about ExclusiveGambling that “nick777” generated. I am sorry if this was not understood
I am available for whatever you may need in regards to ExclusiveGambling.
