July 15, 2006 at 12:01 am #698705AnonymousInactiveThe APCW has released a statement regarding this thread which can be viewed here:
July 15, 2006 at 1:15 am #698715AnonymousInactiveThanks for the quick investigation regarding dominiques remarks about the possible redirection of traffic to tradal. But I think this thread really isnt about that point at all, its more about proven poor affiliate treatment and a potentially retroactive application of a recent terms and conditions change.
July 15, 2006 at 1:32 am #698717AnonymousInactiveGood point axl, only one issue is resolved.
July 15, 2006 at 9:44 am #698731AnonymousInactiveits more about proven poor affiliate treatment and a potentially retroactive application of a recent terms and conditions change.
Spot on AXL. Please address this ASAP CasinoPays. We really don’t want another repeat of last summer.

The APCW is not really designed to prove or disprove non-tangible elements like the way a program treats their affiliates. And terms and conditions changes will not have to be proven by the APCW because it will be obvious to everyone.
All we can do is try to shine light into the areas where facts are facts. Hopefully that helps us focus our attentions on the areas that need to be addressed, and not waste out time on areas where there may not be problems.

The Marketing tools link was restored from within an affiliate’s account as promised.
Thanks,

damiandunlap wrote:I dont trust them at all. Most every site that I put banners up draw income, except theres.
The same goes for me, i had their marketing materials all over my sites for over 2 years.. not a single deposit on any CPays casino while other casinos did very well.It took Cpays 4 days to reply to “the subject which this thread was originally created for – CK44m” since the thread was opened.
I bet reducing CK44m’s commission took much less time for them.
No chance i’ll ever promote CPays sites again.
July 16, 2006 at 4:20 pm #698847AnonymousInactivea few days later and a few dozens posts later guess what? they are all happy and restoring my % to the original level – theres even talk about me being refunded the “missing commisison”
mymymy, how much imagination does it take to anticipate such things? Cpays, did we really have to go thru all this for you to realise who is right and who is wrong here?
July 16, 2006 at 4:27 pm #698849AnonymousInactivethey also realized their error for one of my signups in may and rather paying my commission again in june for their error when it was due, they instead tacked it onto my june commission which was due in july – but guess what?? I had a big winner in June which means negative carryover and I never saw a dime of the amount from this player that was originally due me in june

What is everyones opinion on exclusivegambling.com
They offer all the same casinos as cpays.com at higher rev %
Are they a dud too
I know cpays and tradal are a complete disaster, so i switched over to exclusivegambling for those brands, but i’m not sure about them either

More importantly what do you think of the casinos from a players point of view?

They offer Casino Partners casinos as well…
Firstly… They seem to be anything but exclusive.
Secondly… I would never trust a company to represent any casino while the link for affiliates at the client casinos links to another company..
Just food for thought… use your common sense.. there is no lack of good affiliate programs.
Hope that helps.

I am not a huge casino player, i stick to poker and sportsbetting where i don’t have to rely on luck only, but i can see the appeal of a place like Monaco Gold, and i’m pretty sure that players are treated better than affiliates, and from what i know, their casinos are decent, not the best but in the upper half
Secondly… I would never trust a company to represent any casino while the link for affiliates at the client casinos links to another company..
I don’t know what you mean here…actually i just figured it out…you mean the webmaster link on casinos Monaco Gold, etc, direct you to cpays.com and not exclusivegambling.com…why would that be a big deal, i thought that at first too, but am seeing a lot more of it lately…and if i’m not happy with cpays or tradal, why not give them a try
Overall, my experiences are very similar to all of yours, which suggests that this is standard practice, i had the guy call me requesting top placement, etc, etc, i also got that what Dom said, about the punkass attitude, and what Damien said about them not wanting to give me any money, all that stuff
I gotta agree that with so many experienced unhappy affiliates this place should not be CAP certified, i’m gonna ditch em, i don’t want these problems, and i’m gonna ditch Tradal(already did)and Exclusive Gambling…i don’t need them, having a link to Playgate Casino is not imperatif to the success of my site…i got 500+ casinos to choose from, why waste my time pushing a few deadbeats
