InactiveNo sense in bringing it up, better off keeping this thread on target. More pressing issues to be concerned with. Besides can’t afford the time right now.

Inactive@axl]Are affiliates now being paid on two systems? One at 30%, prior to the new 25% change and one after for players referred after this change? If not I think that might qualify as a retroactive terms change no?[/QUOTE wrote:
Excellent point, axl. This is something I have been discussing with a few others recently.
Affiliates of Cpays — please check your stats and try to figure out what percentage you are earning on your older referrals — i.e. players that you referred while Cpays had a minimum commission level of 30%.
Somewhere along the way, Cpays modified their T&Cs so that the new minimum is 25%. BUT — this new rate of 25% cannot be applied to the players that you referred under the former terms and conditions. Under those T&Cs, your minimum is 30%. Not 25%. I don’t know when the new terms went into effect — does anyone know?
I am not jumping to any conclusions yet, because I have no evidence. I do not promote Cpays, so I have no stats to look at. But I absolutely think we need to take a look at this and make sure that the former T&Cs are still being honored for older referrals. If Cpays quietly implemented retroactive T&Cs……… :nervous:

InactiveI don’t understand what is happening with Voovoo’s account.
It is disturbing. Can you explain this again?

InactiveGreatly appreciated Mr Cpays, really – its just that the reinforcements have arrived about 3 months too late… And no, noone has contacted me so far.
How do you plan on to make up for what i had to hear from the affiliate manager? And the fact that i had to put up with him and his silly threats to close down my 3 accounts with you? I have never mentioned that, but since we are in the full swing now: your wonderful affiliate manager has actually threatened to close down my accounts if i didnt do what he asked for.
How can it be that we sign the T&C and then you not only violate them but also threathen to close down my accounts because of “unwillingess to cooperate”?

InactiveI can understand a gliche where you have to change inside the aff marketing section and this will be fixed by Sunday – but how long has this been going on and why was I not contacted that I had to do this?
and since this is being directed to the default “tsystem”, have new traffic not been tracked through me?

InactiveEngineer wrote:Affiliates of Cpays — please check your stats and try to figure out what percentage you are earning on your older referrals — i.e. players that you referred while Cpays had a minimum commission level of 30%.are you kidding me Engineer? :] do you really think they would honour their own old T&C if they are not professional enough to along the new ones and do not violate them? i have been with them for quite some time, at least 1,5 yrs – and what i have shown you there, this one .gif – that was one of my old accounts. it has hundreds of players that i have been working on for the past 1,5 yrs – and you have seen for yourself what is the current revenue level there.
do you think they would even talk to you about the new T&C or drop you an email? if i hadnt noticed that my own went down below 25%, i would have never started this thread and wouldnt even had any idea that the T&C have actually changed.
thats what they call a professional business approach :]

InactiveAnd where did “tradal” come from? Why would that pop up there?

InactiveDominique wrote:And where did “tradal” come from? Why would that pop up there?well, one belongs to the other or is own by the other. i only dont know who owns who heh :]
i belive tradal owns cpays and they are servicing tradal’s traffic as well – since i didnt have to struggle much when a tradal guy has contacted me and i asked him about promoting the same brands as cpays but with higher %.

InactiveSame thing happened to me. The old secrete deal behind closed doors, put us on your front page we will give you 50%rev share. Never happened, I didn’t know any better at the time. The agreement was not honored, I just stopped promoting them. Take a visit on the cpays thread and see how reponsive they have been. greek39

InactiveCK44m wrote:do you really think they would honour their own old T&C if they are not professional enough to along the new ones and do not violate them?Well normally affiliates become pretty hostile when they hear about retroactive changes.
greek, I too had one of those closed door deals offered; needless to say they never lived up to their end of the bargain.
CK you can bet if you were actually profitable for them that they will do what ever they can to keep you around. I seen their lowering of your percentage as another step in sucking the blood out of the turnip. Offering a higher percentage to get better exposure will do the same. I recommend that you run, run, run in the other direction.

InactiveI got offered a 50% rev share rate last week plus a $25k advance to promote them :woo-hoo:
Needless to say I’m not buying into this.
Judging by the way this thread is developing the only chance Casino Pays have of appearing on my sites is on the Rogue Page.

Inactiveaxl, what i do with them is peanuts, absolutely not something that would disturb my sleep :]
i dont work with them that closely any more, ive taken them off almost everywhere – but its the few hundered players already there that keeps me from taking them totally off – the players still bring in revenue… its not much, but i dont have to do anything at all to have it.
heh, one more thing that happened to me with them is: one day an affiliate manager starts to bug me on one of the accounts – allegedly there is a player that keeps winning. What is the aff managers suggestion? Well, youve guessed that one right – he suggests closing down the account (“otherwise you will never see money again from that account”) and focusing on others or opening up a new one. what do i do? obviously i know the value of my players and im not stupid enough to close it down and i refuse to do that. and guess what happens the following month – YES, the account is on positive balance again and i earn money with it all over again! (of course first i have to earn enough to balance the negative carryover from the previous month, but in the end im well off :] )
now what am i honestly supposed to think about that person and the whole business attitude of the company after a situation like that? i will never ever work closely with them again and i suggest anyone that is even considering it gives cpays a thorough tripple-check before actually commiting to anything
