InactiveHi kwblue,
Thanks for the compliments (I’m almost blushing here  ). As to the website you mention in your post, it has nothing to do with us (check out the links and the banners). These are all Casino Partners brands, as far as I can see.
If that was our affiliate then we would act according to our terms and conditions and to the nature of the case. But instead of theorizing, like I said in my last post, let us do what we sat out to do, and then you can decide whether it’s to your liking or not.
Best Regards,
Ora

InactiveThey have SOOOOOO many subdomains… But there are a ton of them that point to CPays casinos… Let me check some of them out…
Very first on the list for Google Query: site:mabulle.com casino
Listed:
timothylori.mabulle.com
re-directs to:
xxhttp://www.casinos777portal.com/
CPays:
Member = aimer
profile = 777namusaI can look into this more if you like, but they have literally thousands of pages ranking very high in the serps which are all re-directs to CPays brands.
PS – That took me about 1 1/2 minutes to find.
PSPS – If it doesn’t take you to a CPays casinos list (which it does much of the time), go back and try again. They re-direct and display different pages on some random configuration.

I heard through the grapevine that another site was planning a class for affiliate managers to help them identify unethical activity and become proactive. Maybe something you should look into; as it appears you do not know how to.
let us do what we sat out to do
Fill up the SERPS with links to your clients properties, SPAM or NOT.

The site kw listed has loads of subdomains which show connections to cpays clients. It doesnt take long to find them, if you know how and where to look.

InactiveI might have missed it but does anybody at CPAYS care to investigate this SPAM issue?

InactiveCan someone explain to me how this works?
I belive (without going and checking first) that cpayscom2 is the search term needed to win the contenst..
So I searched for it..
http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient-ff&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1B2GGGL_enUS177&q=cpayscom2
This is the site I got..
xxhttp://www.cpayscom2-online-casino.us/
So my friend and I are sitting here reading this thread, we’re discussing other like contests (for instance, I won http://www.itsabingo.com in a contest where I plastered up Winward banners acrross 50+ of my pages for entries) She says thats spam, I explained, no its not spam, because I own those 50 pages, well ok, she owned a few of them too
but I had permission, etc etc blah blah..So she wants to know what these ppl do that is different, and I start to explain, when it dawns on me that I have absolutely no idea what I’m talking about.
We go to google, we search for the term, which by the way, only ppl in this competition will be searching for.
and site #1 is this crap site, with less than 30 words, 4 links and absolutely no content..
Now it’s obvious to me that they did SOMETHING to get that spot, but what.. what exactly are they doing?

InactiveI came here looking for people to exchange links with me for a Cpayscom2 Online Casino site I put up.
Boy, did I ever step in a pile of who knows what here!
Can anyone clue me in here? Is my site considered good or bad? If I look for link exchanges will I be considered a spammer or just dumb?

Inactivejust dumb?
Let´s say you didn´t know about this thread when you created that page. So, you´re not dumb. This could be turned into quite a neat cpays blacklisted page if you decided that this is the way to go.
Just read this thread and the other huge thread about the SPAM and make up your mind about CPAYS.

Your page is fine and not spam. The problem is with all the people you will be competing agains who are using cheating methods to climb to the top.
BTW – I always wondered who owned greenbaycasinos.com since I live there.

InactiveJust these two conscise replys clears it up for me. Guess I might go back to promoting my travel sites for a while.
It also occurred to me (before I read these replies) that if one participates in these forums and includes their sites in their signatures, that they are more prone to getting their sites copied/mangled and messed around with – especially if they tick off the wrong people.
Thanks.
BTW – I like your sites, mine pale in comparison. And here I thought I was alone in GB with casino sites.

InactiveAs dominique said, one of the best indicators as to the integrity of a program is when you take a quick glance at the respective CAP Forum:
If you find some of the biggest threads on CAP that read like these:
Negative Carryover
SEO contest – where are the ethics?
CPays ripping me offit´s a big fat warning sign that can´t be overlooked easily.

Travel is nice, I travel all the time, and that’s why having links as signature can be a wise choice.
There are many reasons to do so, and it’s up to each person to evaluate the pros and cons. You shouldn’t let this deter you, this sector is very profitable and since you already have experience in the general affiliate field, perhaps this is a good choice.
Cpays did include the google guidelines in their contest after all, so you should be able to compete honestly.
This is a very competative industry and you may not win anything for some time, but if you learn about who is who and what is what, you can go places.
