Content management system type thing?

Hey everyone,

Am setting up a new site… okay its not gambling related but thought that you may be able to help as your a merry bunch!

I need to be able to have something like a website ‘school friend’… I want to be able to hook people up. So for example if they fill out their details. Just say they are an electrician, they put in their details, where they are from and that they are available.

Then somone has electrical work that needs doing, so they look for the electrician by putting in their details… then my electrician gets an email saying that someone is looking to use their services.

So want to have members area, forums, etc… and the link-up kind of features.

Anyone know of anything that can do this?
