InactivePlease make use of these links to report these sites for blog spamming
http://www.google.com/contact/spamreport.html
http://surveys.yahoo.com/projectx_v_3/?source=online+casinos&st=online+casinos&.done=http%3A%2F%2Fsearch.yahoo.com%2Fsearch%3Fp%3Donline%2Bcasinos%26ei%3DUTF-8%26fl%3D0You probaly already relise that search engines dont take much notice of 1 spam report but when they receive quite a few about the same sites they do take action.
They are affecting each and everyone of us because eventually they will have taken up all the top spots knocking all how websites that are fair and don’t spam & that we have worked hard on down to poo positions

InactiveAgain, are these sites spammy or not?
And who told you that they are owned by CP? A manager? An affiliate? Several people?

vladcizsolMemberThanks Cyclone…
I agree these sites should be reported by everyone. I think that is one proactive thing we should all be doing to protect our turf, so to speak.December 28, 2004 at 12:41 am #659336Anonymous

InactiveHey Everyone,
I agree with the Professor on this one. Might I add that we need to drink massive quantities of beer while reporting the scumbags from fucking hell.:cheers:

InactiveThats just hear-say competing managers have reason to talk down other programs – if you have solid indisputable evidence – please post it, otherwise your wasting your time.

InactiveWell, Professor, define “proof”…unless somebody hacks the servers and get the billing info for those domains…But here is what we have sofar:
1.Over 100 domains owned by the same entity advertise the same program.
We all know that it’s a pretty big risk advertising only one program, and none of us is doing it.2. All the websites have a different aff. account with that program, which has been “confirmed” by the aff. program manager.
Why would you need a separate account for each domain? It will take you a whole day just to check the stats – something easily avoidable and much more manageble by using “profiles”.
And why would a aff. program allow this? Most of them treat this matter seriously in their T&C.3. Other casino aff. programs’ managers are confirming this.
4. Obviously it’s a well know thing amoung the comunity – lots of webmasters are suspecting the same thing.
5. Very bad defence by Laurent – the whole post could have been put in a nutshel as follows: “We didnt do it”.
…I dont know what else to say…

vladcizsolMemberStupid I understand your points and have no issue with the disucssion. I do have a problem with direct accusations without any real substantiative proof.
As a moderator its my responsibility to ensure we dont become a flame pit or place where we just beat the shit out of people without proof. I hope you can respect that.

Inactive“why would an affiliate approve the self-advertising of online casinos?”
Why wouldn’t one? Casinos do it all the time.
“What are we going to eat – rats?”
If you suck at promoting stuff, then you might.
A casino has no edge in creating a portal over anyone else. An issue does arise if they *do* give themselves an edge, like linking from the casino to the portal. If somebigcasino.com wants to make a portal that beats me in the rankings, that is no different than if Randy or the Professor or John Kerry does it.
Casinos will pay to get players sent to them. That isn’t going to change, regardless of how many players a casino generates on its own via portals, TV, boxer spraypainting or anything else.
