How do you guarantee PR? I would be very interested in hearing about how you do this

Why do people continue to chase page rank? Even Google isn’t supporting it anymore.

If you have a site pr8 or pr9, and you put one new link on it, assuming it is not jammed with links, then the target page will in all likelihood become pr6. This is one way to do it.

True, but in this industry is there a legitimate site out there with PR score higher than PR5? For example, Casino City is PR5 and has over 200,000 monthly visitors (according to Compete).

Promising PR6 is highly fishy and the techniques used to get there is likely something that Google won’t look kindly upon.
