HI I am about to register my first Casino domain name.
Should it be private?

The registrar I use doesn’t offer private registrations.

Are your domain names privately registered? (Keep owners identity secret)
THanks
Scott

Doesn’t appear you are located in the US, so why bother? If you are in the US, it is a prudent step. Do you want to be the first one pursued by the DOJ. You should also be private to avoid those people harvesting contact details to send you spam.

I never even gave that a thought, all I read about was spam.. I have spam filters.. WOW! Where was my head!

I’m working on a ‘dont gamble if it aint legal’ type disclaimer.. think that’ll do the trick?

A disclaimer is a must IMHO.

Well I guess Private registration is the way to go.

Can anyone post a link to or copy of, a good disclaimer?
