Meta keywords

There shouldn’t be any space between the word and the comma, it should be online poker, poker rooms, bonuses, etc….

lol , all my keywords are like this : online poker rooms , poker us bonuses ..i will modify all meta keywords..asap

Thanks for the update, bingofind. Anyone else out there have any other tactics around meta keywords that they would be willing to share?

Just dont over “stuff ” them

i was told google doesnt consider them anymore so theres no point putting them in ???

google does say no to it but think it matt cutts saying it

I have scene pages where when you leave them blank – the ranking improves. Not always though – keyword meta IMO does nothing but cause extra work.

I even think its possibly better to leave the description blank – as google will fill that in based on your content. A good way to tell what google thinks you content is about.

The only one which I feel has any value is title tag – and I often feel if you over stuff that one it will trip panda/penguin filters.

I guess its good practice to apply description as well – but do not think its a rank factor.

I have debated building a site with absolutely no keyword or description meta tags to see what happens.. LOL

Great Ideea GFPC , if the webste without meta keywords and meta description rank well , please tell us ” title=”” class=”bbcode_smiley” /> . So if you are saying that keywods are not very important for google today , i should leave it like : poker , casino .

I have lot of pages with keywords so will take lot of time to make them all like poker, casino
