– putting in link trades with partner contact info, including email
– specificy exactly from which (sub)page of the partner’s website to which (sub)page of my website the link should go
– ability to check existing link trades, so automatically check for all trades if the links are still live

– ability to enter link trades concerning several links, so I would want to specifiy several links from my website(s) to the partner’s website(s) and vice versa, the program should then later on be able to recognize these links to belong to a certain trade or a certain partner
Actually link-assistant.com/linkassistant/ comes quite close to the above but it is not quite perfect because it cannot do the following 2 things in my list:
– specificy exactly from which (sub)page of the partner’s website to which (sub)page of my website the link should go >>> you can’t specify the page the partner links too, or you would have to create a new project for each of your sub pages that receive incoming links from trades
– ability to enter link trades concerning several links, so I would want to specifiy several links from my website(s) to the partner’s website(s) and vice versa, the program should then later on be able to recognize these links to belong to a certain trade or a certain partner >>> you can only enter a link and a reciprocal link for each partner you add
Does someone know of a tool which does cover everything I would like to have?

You seem to be highly active with links, are you not?
For me excel is more than enough and can do any of your requests plus more, with a few lines of code in VBA.

I don’t think I’m more active than the average affiliate when it comes to links but I just want to have a good administration system which some nice extra functions.
I know that all of these can be realized in Excel but I just want to know if there may be a standard solution available already. I mean buying a simple application obviously is more cost efficient than building your own, not to mention that a professional application will probably be better than what I can make myself..
anyone with a suggestion for a certain app?
