I never new that, if it makes that much differance, that is probably why that even with a sitemap I’m only getting about 20% of my pages indexed!

I want to re-iterate, though…
On my end, the duplication was a whopping 75%. That means that 75% of my pages were identical. This was also identical content, not just menus. My ‘lowerpageindex.html’ was optimized content and was located on every page. Once Yahoo noticed that, I got removed except for 1 page.
After creating content in that location, my pages were nearing 20% similarity and mostly in menuing. After that, there were no problems and Yahoo re-indexed my pages.
I hope that helps and gets rid of any confusion and worry.
