    Accctually, there is a ‘complaint link’.

    I use the top left column called ‘affiliate programs’ to look for potential programs. I read the affiliate reviews and the all the brands info given.

    After you click a program name, on the right there is a red flag and a link called ‘File a Complaint’.
    (I found it quite by accident) I’ve never had to use it so I don’t know if works or not. But it would be a good option if you don’t want to create a lot of ‘noise’ and request assistance discreetly.

    Either way, I hope everyone gets results.

    hi,

    i work with europartners since a couple of years. it was not 100% all the time, but since the beginning of 2011 is has become very poor. their support for german webmasters is almost not existing, i do not get paid since july 2011. i am running after it to get answers – they keep on saying that ” i will take care of it” – but NOTHING happens. no answers, no resolutions no nothing.
    it is a shame what europartners has become!
    if they decide to not take care of their aiiliates anome: ok. BUT: where is my comission?????
    at least i want to get paid what is mine.

    Hi Cat,

    i am sorry that I have not been in touch sooner. I had passed this on to your affiliate manager hoping that it could be taken care of via that root. Unfortunately, your affiliate manager had to take some personal time due to a family emergency and I suppose did not get a chance to take care of this situation.

    I have taken your payment issue to finance to get to the bottom of what is happening here. As I am not your account manager it is hard for me to know all the facts, so I hope that our finance department can get me up to speed and I can get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.

    It may be a little early for a review, but I nice ‘I’ll look into it’ would be a nice gesture since you’ve had to resort to extra lengths to get attention.
