InactiveYou shoulda just got rid of it or moved it to the Wagershare section
I’m venting my rage on all these programs that are starting to bug me, in alphabetical order, starting from Z
Next up…Wager Profits
Just waiting for the WP guy to respond to my PM
My biggest beef is how all of my players keep winning…you know that’s just not possible, otherwise there wouldn’t be any online casinos
It’s good for them if they are in fact winning, but i find it impossible to believe
I’m sure many here will dismiss it as coincidence, but i’m talking about 100’s of players over the course of over a year, all winning money consistently, and then suddenly dissapearing, leaving me with a negative balance carried over.
It just seems odd
Not necessarily refering to either wagershare or wagerprofits in particular, just starting with them alphabetically
referback is without doubt one of the worst
they owe me cash for over half a year, they never even bothered to address the problem…i don’t care what anyone here says, they are not cool
when they changed their site and stats several months ago, they simply zeroed out everything in my account and it hasn’t moved since, all permanent zero’s across the board…before that i had something like 20 players and a couple of hundred dollars steadily building…but after they changed the site all those numbers turned to zero, and i have never seen a single cent from them, ever
i want more info regarding my player’s activity, i don’t trust any of these places, too many of them are making shifty moves.

InactiveThat’s funny… Wagershare, Referback, WagerProfits are 3 of our top earners for 4 years running and we’re not talking about chump change. Two of them are almost always 5 figures.
Wagershare and Wagerprofits probably have two of the very best reputations as far as affiliate programs go. This entire thread is laughable.
In case you didn’t know… chargebacks happen, winners happen, and bonuses happen. In the long run occasional winners and bonuses are good for retention if you weather the storm. The last thing any of these programs would do is purposefully screw an affiliate out of $50. They all have way too much to lose from more productive affiliates by doing so.

InactiveYes I am… nice to see you too! I am in your neck of the woods now unless you have moved as well. I am now in St. Pete.
It’s a long story related to the absence but you will certainly see more of me from this point forward.

InactiveHi Guys
Thanks for changing the name of the thread Lou. Nick777, I’m sorry you feel the way you do, but as I stated before, we have absolutely no control as to whether a player wins or not. Also, as has been stated here and in the other thread, just because you’re account is negative now, it doesn’t necessarily mean it will be at the end of the month.
Cheers
Tim

InactiveLets not forget that the type of player you get at a casino depends more on what you say on your affiliate site to send them there.
If your site says “bonus bonus bonus” then guess what…you’ll get bonus hunters. If it says “best loyalty program”, then you’ll get less players, but more loyal ones. A generalisation, but you get the idea.
It’s too easy to blame the program, and just doesn’t stand up when others are doing well with them. Check your own content and “message” first.
I’ve had programs I’m not happy with conversion and retention-wise, but I see others here doing well so it’s probably how i market them..so i tweak it. I don’t like negative carry-over, so I don’t represent casinos that do it. I dont like “bundling”, so i just concentrate on one casino in the group.
In most instances, with programs that perform for others, it’s mainly about YOU, and less about the casino in my experience.
If you just hang around moaning about it may as well just be :Pisser: in the wind.

Inactivenick777 wrote:I’m venting my rage on all these programs that are starting to bug me, in alphabetical order, starting from ZI am sympathetic to your problems. You seem to be at the stage where you are starting to get players, but not yet enough to balance out the variance.
It is a very frustrating stage and at this point a lot of affiliates drop out.
It’s not the programs problem, Wager Profits is a super honest program and Referback too is known to fix problems as they occur.
It’s that you don’t quite make enough money to take the punches without hurting. This is a gambling business, and there is an element of gambling in all aspects of it, including the affiliate job. At your stage, the losses hurt a lot.
Just stick to it and improve your site(s) all the time and think about what kind of player would be best for you to have, and speak to them from your site.
You will get past this phase and then you will see that it all balances out in the end.

InactiveIf this has been said then.. ooops I said it again, i admit, i got bored and didnt read all three pages…
Is there something we can do with this thread, I really hope ppl to get into the habit of posting a thread where it belongs, and then posting a thread to the thread in the general section.. makes mah head hurt.. now we have this conversation/debate going on in both places… can we get it back where it belongs? maybe lock this one.. and let the other one continue in the WS forum?
Nick ~ Sorry that you took a loss sweetie, hope next month goes better for ya. As you get more players.. they wins won’t hurt so bad
I know that sometimes it does seem that everyone is cheating you.. and there are a few proggies out there that if I read your story about them, I’d be here nodding.. mumbling about those damn croooks!!!! But honestly, I’ve heard soooo much good about wagershare.. that I think its really just a big win..My favorite place to find out about programs is the ‘this months payment received’ area… where ppl are just in there excited cuz they got a check from this company or that, and letting us know who paid faster etc
…. I didn’t look in there for WagerShare.. but… i betchya if ya do, you will find they do send payments to affiliates, quite regularly, and that will help you breath a bit easier

InactiveOh great, it’s turned into a sympathy thread
Maybe i should start moochin a few bucks off everyone…hey buddy, throw me a quarter…
Seriously
There is only one logical explanation here
Those people who find my website, do so as a result of their good fortune…then it’s only natural that these fortunate souls should always win at the casino
Really, what else could it be
