InactiveNice curve ball Dom
Have no idea what you were trying to say, this is not about bonuses
I didn’t invent their bonus scheme
This is more about shifty tactics being employed at precise moments in order to avoid payment
It is a new concept that was previously unexistent with money mechanic
I only noticed because i had become accustomed to seeing deposits from money mechanic in my neteller account…then they stopped coming mysteriously when wagershare took over…now all of my wagershare properties are in the negative, so it looks like those payments i had grown used to are a thing of the past…what has changed…nothing…yet i am given some logical explanation which i am supposed to swallow…but the only reality here is that there is no money in my neteller account when there once was
That is all

Probably happily I am ignorant of even the simplest sports terms, but it doesn’t sound like a “thank you” to me.
You complained about bonuses being applied without your permission, and that causing a negative.
I mentioned a program that would not do that to you.
If you don’t like what a program does, drop it and find one that is more pleasing. That is what I do anyway.
If you are pissed and in a bad mood, don’t take it out on me. I don’t put up with any type of abuse.

InactiveDefinition :
Curveball, as in “she really threw me a curveball” — A surprise, often completely and totally unexpected. The curveball is a pitch in baseball designed to fool the batter by dropping unexpectedly

InactiveSure don’t see how that applies to helping someone find a program that behaves in a way they like, but – whatever.

InactiveWell Dom, it was the reference you made about party poker
Perhaps a better baseball analogy would have been “straight out of left field”
I don’t think anybody saw that coming, at least i didn’t
Of course everyone knows you’re here to help, but i was not at all in the market for a new poker room, especially the satanic party poker
I was simply expressing my disbelief of such things like coincidence, especially when it comes to things like wagershare and my money, or lack there of, as is the case.
And yes, i am pissed off when i check my numbers and see my cash mysteriously dissapear, that’s when i come here and rage on those i feel should be held accountable.

InactiveIt’s just bad timing that a player has now taken your account into the negative.
Tim explained exactly how this player has accrued a negative balance, and you could be happy about it – because this player is obviously active and should generate you income in the future.
Wager Share is a good program. I think you’re being paranoid. :highflyer

I’m sure if you play at casinos then you would expect to win sometimes right? and for the occasional loyaly bonus to be given. Many affiliates have had $$$$$ wiped off at the end of the month because of winners, it happends to us all. If you earn $1000 every month for 12 months then one month you end up -$1000 that dosn’t mean your being cheated. This thread has certainly given me a laugh today.

InactiveThe biggest negative I ever had was -$160,000. A HUGE win! But the casino program was very good about it, and removed the player for me after she cashed it all out and didn’t appear to be about to play it back.
You see why we don’t understand why you’re upset over loose change!

InactiveI have been completely wiped out as well, from $2k – $6k wiped out by wins. You have to take it in stride. It might suck and you can complain, but with certain programs you know it is accurate…
Wagershare is a good program.
I don’t think they are screwing you for a measly $100. If it were $10k, then you may have more of a point.. But then again, that happens too.
Just move on and see how the month ends. Like Tim said, you will likely be in the positive again by months end (I think he said that – if not, I am saying it :tounge2: )

InactiveOk, you have convinced me somewhat
I think i was afraid that something like this would happen when they merged, then it did, so i was already a bit paranoid
On another note
My highest Google rank is #26 out of 175 000+ for mispelled term “poker tourny”…but…it isn’t even one of my poker sites, in fact it has no poker on it at all…oddly…my poker site with that term in keyword description and higher page rank is nowhere to be found on Google.
I will never figure out this Google stuff, what’s the point of even having a good page rank when the sites with lower PR are ranked ahead of you…is there a Google doctor in the house

InactiveGoogle, google, google.
Whoever figures google out with 100% accuracy should write a book for instant riches. But that’ll never happen because it’s a constantly moving target as the search engines tweak their algos trying to deliver the most relevant results, only to have their efforts exploited by clever black hatters.Check out webmasterworld.com. There are thousands of threads there where thousands of webmasters conjecture, contradict and guess, guess, guess what the holy grail for ranking well in google is.
As far as ranking for a poker term on a non-poker site, you’re probably linking to a poker site. Linking to quality sites can improve your rankings. It shows google that your site recognizes a quality site.

InactiveDominique wrote:There is absolutely no point to having a high PR that I have been able to figure out.PR attracts link partners. PR isn’t all that related to search rankings, but it is a datapoint useful for tracking your progess with a new site. Older sites really could care less about their PR, and really shouldn’t.

InactiveWe should close out this thread… I feel a bit sorry that Wagershare has a thread titled ‘Get Rid of Wager Share’ WHEN 888 has a thread called ‘888 – Nice People, Strong Brand..’
Seems like it should be the other way around, doesn’t it?
