I never did get my Q2 payment, and never could get through to anyone,

I’ve been locked out and not paid for some time too…. Emailed them when it happened and never received a reply – had just about given up on them.
Anyone have an email address other than the support addy that they don’t reply to?
Our team will try to get in touch with them to see if we can get them to respond to these concerns on this forum.

FiveCardCharlieI received my affiliate payment for Q3 2008 on November 28th, but it was short by $2,000. I have written to VIP support 4 times and they will not reply. I checked my reports and there were no deductions, so why they shorted my payment is a mystery. They have the 800 number, but when you call they have a recording that refers callers back to the support email.
Seems like there is something wrong. Can’t get a response from them and the smaller payment I did receive was way late. I wonder what the heck is going on?
They are running a ghost ship. I’m surprised people are even getting paid.
Basically they are not allowing any new players and the only income they generate is from old players. As those players drop off there is less and less income. The place has basically been abandoned which is why they don’t answer emails or phone calls.
