InactiveOf course poker, sports betting, and others have different situations concerning negative balances, but we still must think about bonuses and others, that sometimes turns your balance negative.
I’m still posting each thread, to each specific forum. It will take a while… sleepy.gif

InactiveGood thread there! But I want replies to my specific answers:
– Some programs remove the negative carry over, but they also remove the player. I want to know which do this.
– Others ask you to require this. I want everyone to know with which programs this is necessary.
– I want updated information about this. Many changes have been made in the last few months.

InactiveYes, that’s a great thread. But I want specific public replies to my questions, from each account manager, so that each program that does negative carry overs see that there are other programs that don’t do that, and without special rules. In the past, some affiliate managers told me that it was impossible. But it isn’t.
This can be very valuable to us all, especially affiliates that have negative 10k

My time is really scarce, but I will give hours of my time to this, because this is really important.September 14, 2006 at 2:01 pm #705996Anonymous
InactiveOk, all post made (I was going crazy…). Now lets wait for the replies.
The first one was Kate, from 32Red:
Quote:32Red Affiliates does not carry over negative balances – if you end the month with a negative balance, it will revert to zero on the 1st of the new month. Also, earnings from each product are ring-fenced, so any negative balance on one product will not affect your earnings from any of our other sites in that month.

This is what I want to hear

And this is even better

InactiveYes you were going crazy. Not sure this was called for. Your campaign reminds me of the infamous “forum spammer” threads.

InactiveThe difference is that I’m not earning anything, and working for free, for you.
For me, this information is worth thousands. I could have sent a private PM to each affiliate manager, and keeping all the info for myself, but why not making this public, and share it with you?Bingo Reward

No, Gaming Partners does not carry over a negative monthly balance in an affiliate’s account.
2) Is the winning player removed from the account?
No, winning players are not removed from an affiliate’s account.
3) The webmaster has to request a non negative carry over agreement?

As for the “restriction” question, I should have specified that I meant if we needed to be a special kind of affiliate. An old affiliate, a new affiliate, or a big affiliate. Some programs have special rules.

Casino Profit Share
1) Do you carry over negative balance?
No, negatives are not carried over AND a negative result on one of our casinos does not affect positive earnings on another.2) Is the winning player removed from the account?
No, the winning player remains tagged to the affiliate account. More often than not the player will return and play back some of the winnings and it only seems fair that the affiliate earn a commission from this playback.3) The webmaster has to request a non negative carry over agreement?
No, as no negative carryover is our standard agreement.4) Any restriction?
No restriction with regards to negative carryover whatsoever. No negative carryover is the rule and there are no instances where this rule is changed. You’ll never find yourself “in the red” with us.http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/showthread.php?p=86760
True Earning
1) Do you carry over negative balance?
No. All negative balances as a results of player wins are zeroed at the end of the month, and you start the new month with a clean slate. The only balance we carry forward is Chargebacks – carried forward only if the revenue generated is not sufficient to cover the amount of the chargeback in the given month.2) Is the winning player removed from the account?
No. The winning player is not removed.3) The webmaster has to request a non negative carry over agreement?
No. All affiliates will have the rule applied – no negative balance carried forward as a result of player wins.4) Any restriction?
The only restriction that will apply is, as stated in point 1 above, if the negative value is as a result of chargebacks.http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/showthread.php?p=86746
This is indeed a good idea, and I am sure that many affiliates will find the information to be useful.
Kamiel, I really thank you for your words. I also think it’s really useful to have all this official information in one place.

Doyles Room
Regarding your concern, here at Doyle’s Room we do not handle negative balances that carry over nor are winning players removed from an account. Including scenarios were there are bonuses, we still will pay the commission to the affiliates depending on the players rake, so there will be no negative balances.
