InactiveMost of us I think have gone through the same thing …
Just today ! one guy just registered the .info of one of my first websites
and he used the dashes ! because someone else had the .info without
the dashes !
Cheer up Dominique, you are not alone …
Personally I think they are just building my .com domain.

Inactive.info is pretty much ignored by the search engines anyway, so anything in that TLD isn’t going to affect you much.

If they choose to use the gamesandcasino url to promote popcorn, or some other off the wall non gambling item, not real likely a trademark infringement.
Not so sure about that either .. Salon I go to .. Scissors Palace was sued by Caesars Palace .. similar sounding name, but completely different business and clientele.
Scissors Palace lost the battle .. had to change their name.
1) .. as others have indicated .. any domain with some .crap name is only going to benefit the .com domain since that is the standard.
2) .. Dom’s domain is well established .. no one is going to be able to get their .whatever domain to compete in any way with the original.
and 3) .. I doubt anyone is going to pay $6000 for some .eu name at Sedo no matter how good the name may seem. I have some good .com names I have been trying to unload for $97 and haven’t gotten so much as a nibble.
