In relation to PPC and keyword bidding it is hereby made clear that you may not advertise (make use in any search engine ads) or purchase or register keywords, search terms or other identifiers for use in any search engine, portal, sponsored advertising service or other search or referral service, which are identical or similar to any of the 888 trademarks or trade names from time to time or include the words “888” or “pacific poker” or “casino on net” or any variations (“888.com”, “888sport”, “888ladies”, “casino-on-net” etc.) of each thereof, or include metatag keywords on the partner site which are identical or similar to any 888 trade marks or trade names from time to time or otherwise include the word “888”.
