My only negative feedback would we to change the way you list the time?
East Coast + & -, while it’s not difficult to figure out, It makes more sense to use the standard conventions, like GMT-5 (ny), GMT-8 (las Vegas, etc)
Click onthe date icon in your windows tray to see the examples of what I’m talking about.
