InactiveHere is a list of CAP approved programs.
Dealing with them means that CAP will go to bat for you if necessary.
This group includes many different types of software so there is something for everyone.

InactiveIf it means that CAP will go to bat for you.. (using CAPs cert. programs) then why is it when an affilate in another thread, had all of his CPA’s taken from him, and not even converted to rev shares.. All I saw in answer was, yeah CPA’s suck..
(I realize that I didn’t bother to go get the affiliates name, and I can’t place the name of the proggy, even though I am also an affiliate.. what can I say.. I’m layzee.. hopefully you’ve read the thread

I persume your talking about 888, why they are still certified here i don’t know, they don’t pay some affiliates, con people with cpa deals and condone spam and scraper sites.

InactiveTalking about CPA problems – CAP warns repeatedly, both the professor and me and many other people here:
do not take CPA deals!!!!!
In CPA deals one party always loses.
For us it is impossible to tell whether you are looking at a fraudulant action by the program or the affiliate.
CPA attracts fraudulent people like honey attracts insects. On both sides of the fence.
That is because one party always loses and both parties are trying to get the better of the other one.
I wish programs didn’t even offer it. But – some affiliates like it, especially newer ones who need the instant cash to help build the business. And sometimes it works out. Sometimes the value of the players sent by the affiliate actually approximately matches the CPA amount.
When the affiliate sends players that are worth $20 and collects $100, how long do you think it will take the program to stop paying?
And on the other hand, if the affiliate keeps sending players, and the program is delighted to pay, you know that the player value is higher than the CPA.
CPA is a mess. Stay away from it.
CAP has resolved lots and lots of problems over the years, even with programs that are not certified. Most of it behind the scenes, some of it publicly. Anyone who has been a member of this community for any length of time knows this.

InactiveYou’re among friends here, Dominique, so you don’t have to mince words with us. How do you really feel about CPA deals?

InactiveI am really pleased with Casino Rewards and Referspot. They both pay like clockwork and early.. and they both are good money makers for us. And the people are great to deal with on both counts in my opinion.
I’ve done some CPA deals and did pretty well with a special promotional cpa campaign. But in general I never take them on an ongoing basis. I agree with what Dom said.

InactiveHey Guys!
Thanks so much Webzcas, Dominique, LadyHoldem, Cyclone and Daera!! for the suggestions and the info.
It is quite clear for me now not to work with CPA deals even though the offers I’ve been given so far were quite tempting.. I take on board your strong opinion Dominique it make sense. would you say that revshare is the best option?
I was considering to work with 888 as they seems to be a major reliable player in the online gaming industry, but now I’m a bit worried about what have heard.. what did you mean Cyclone? they don’t pay to their affiliates?? and fortune doesn’t either?
Cheers! MissM:chearlead

InactiveMy honest opinion regarding 888.com – don’t work with them, on revshare they carry over negative balances for a start. There are many other good programs that convert players and do not carry over negative balances each month.

InactiveI work with Fortune and I am doing well with them, I did read the one complaint, but I was already signed up with them at that point, and haven’t had any troubles. I love the many sites that they have that offer ten bux or so free to my members just for downloading.. admitedly several people don’t deposit.. but many do as well!
I am an 888 registered affiliate, but I haven’t ever gotten around to adding them to my site or giving them a mention, i have seen MANY complaints about them, so I likley never will.
I chose all rev share programs before I ever found this program.. aside from a few sites that offer hybrid (btw, any opinions on that?) Rev share makes more sence really.. Here’s an example..
I have a guy @ Absolute Poker, he deposited 45 bucks, once about 2 and a half months ago.. and thats IT!!! Last month, I made about 100 bux offa his 45.. this month, his rev share is over 100 already.. and we’re only half way through the month..
I have a few guys that I don’t make much off of as well, theres atleast 3 that again only deposited the once.. and I seem to be making about 5 bux a month off of each of their rakes… but that doesn’t change.. they stay mine..
So I didn’t get the big payoff when they first deposited, and I had to wait out 100 hands to get any credit at all from them, but as they improve their game’s and play more hands.. I keep earning from them, if it takes them a year to build the confidence to hit a 1-3 limit table.. They’ll still be right there in my affiliate account.. and I’ll still be right here waiting to cash the check

Good Luck to you, if you ever need help with anything at all, feel free to pm me here, or check my profile for my Yahoo and MSN messenger addys

InactiveSorry for my ignorance I’m fairly new in this.. but is it possible to carry over a negative balance?
do you say at the end of the day I will owe 888 money for refering player to them on revshare? :hehe:
LadyH thanks a lot, you are great I have sent you a private msg.

Inactivedo you say at the end of the day I will owe 888 money for refering player to them on revshare?
I don’t deal with 888 at all, but in general you’ll never owe anyone money, meaning you’d never be expected to send them money. But your negative balance from one month could eat up your earnings from the next with those programs.
The thing about Fortune that I really hate, they seem to be the slowest to pay amongst the MGS groups. I never know WHEN they’re going to pay for sure, but can usually count on it being the last of the MGS casino groups.
Ryan & Renee from Rewards rock! They amaze me how fast they pay each month and always on time. Usually the 2nd-4th of each month. And Referspot is right behind them on the 7th every month just like clockwork.
Personally, a timely payment is one of the things that means the most to me. When this is your job, the way you support your family, make your living.. it’s important to be able to count on your paychecks to be on payday.. not whenever they get around to it.
