    More surprising is that Gambling Magazine have voted Cpays best affiliate program. Explain that one too me. Obviously affiliate support isnt one criteria that is judged at considering the amount of affiliates not getting any support or being paid on time or at all.

    There is nothing worse then chasing a program for commission payments. Cpays is getting better and better at wasting affiliates time chasing their commission payments and not responding to emails. Its frustrating that you have to go to this forum to get resolution or support. What a joke!

    IMHO this program has been going down hill lately. There are other more reliable and better playtech programs such as gaming partners for one. Reliable, pays on time and does not threaten affiliates with closure of accounts or reduced commission.

    This comment seems to have been ignored by CasinoPays.. This is a BIG deal to me.. waiting for an answer..

    I also wanted to stand up and be counted, as one of the MANY affiliates that have been quietly watching this thread, I am not impressed.

    I would like to refer to all that has been said in this post:

    LadyHoldem: I am as surprised as you. I am doing some investigation as for the source of this E-mail and be sure i will post my findings here.

    syntek: We have thousands of satisfied affiliates who have been working with us along the years and still do.
    We are doing our best to improve our affiliate support which is top priority to us. One of the measures we decided on is the 24/7 Live support which includes live chat and phone support.
    As for the last comment, we pay our affiliates and we do it on time. If you know otherwise i would be more than happy if you will contact me and let me know.

    greek39: Our affiliates are our partners i appreciate their hard work and i make sure they know it everytime i have a chance to speak to them. no hard feelings buddy, i really have nothing against you and you can post whatever you want here.

    I would like to point out that you are right by saying that this is not the place to settle these issues. These posts although having their bad effects on our affiliate program our a way for us to improve ourself to better support our affiliates. We have been around for years now and we have no intention of leaving. I would like to close this issue until my next post by inviting anyone who wants to raise suggestions for improvements/complaints or even talk about anything, to contact me.

    I would also like to thank our affiliates who keep sending us supporting E-mails :capmiami:

    I don’t mind saying, that CPays has the best affiliate support I have ever worked with! I have had complete access in both in chat and mails. You do a great job as far as i am concerned!

    Hi,

    I would like to clarify the E-mail that was sent to casinolisten from one of our account managers.

    First i would like to apologize again about this error.

    I found the source of this e-mail and it turned out to be a badly formulated E-mail for affiliates who didn’t bring traffic in a long period of time.

    Yes, i agree with everyone this e-mail is a terrible mistake and a very bad idea and i got the word from this specific account manager that there was no intention what so ever to close ANY account whether he brings traffic or not.

    This types of e-mails will not be sent in the future.

    pdjoe: thanks for the kind words. If possible private message me with the operator you were in contact with.

    casinolisten: Since the account manager who handle your account is on vacation i am trying to arrange someone else to contact you. Please allow 24 hours for this to happen.

    I believe the picture will look different for 2006 – We are constantly improving ourselves and i will remind you about this post in January 2007.

    Call me naive but i do believe in revolutions this is what we are ongoing nowdays. Our goal is to let our affiliates feel at home with CPays.
    And so i believe that this errors are only for the best otherwise we wouldn’t know how to improve ourselves.

    I would be glad to hear your comments on this issue.
