Liat, we have tried and tried again to resolve this by email, in person in Vegas and again by many emails and nothing to date. This is what I posted last week in the private forums:

I haven’t said much about this hoping it would get resolved but as time goes by, it looks like it won’t. Some of you remember my post about this a while ago when we were discussing several poker rooms stats’ not working correctly.

Several months ago we realized with all the traffic we were sending to CDPoker, we should be making much more $ and I started to question Elliott (who WAS in charge of our acct.) I had a few forum members mention in posts that they signed up and deposited under us and we even had private table for our forum members which had 7-8 players several nights a week, so when we were making under $50 a month I knew something was majorly wrong.

Finally I emailed Elliott with a few of the names (two are moderators of our forum so I know 100% they’re under us) to see if they were under us, he wrote back saying no, neither were under us. And both are depositing and playing live…I double checked with the two and the both said they were 100% certain without a doubt they signed up under our link.

So I emailed Elliott with the link we use and he said yes, it works fine…that’s the correct link. I then told Elliott I was going to make a post asking all our members who was under us so we could sort this out asap. I did a post here in August http://www.pokeranalysis.com/viewtopic.php?t=16938. You can look at one page alone and see several are 100% sure they’re under us and some are pretty sure, regardless, the tracking isn’t working. So Elliott aggreed that many were due to be under us, at the time I think we were on page 2 and he agreed 9 were rightfully ours and they would be put under us accordingly asap.

Weeks went by and nothing happened. He started to ignore my emails, then all of a sudden he wasn’t on messenger like he used to be DAILY! So when I got to Vegas I met Sammy and asked him about all this. He told me that Elliott should of never told me he would put those guys under me, that they could not move anyone, even though I had PROOF they were rightfully ours. But yet, he did agree that the tracking wasn’t working and we should be compensated for all these players. He said that CDPoker’s tracking DOES NOT work if the player has cookies disabled, it WON’T credit the player to the affiliate and it makes it a generic credit to CDPoker. He also said it was impossible to fix and Dean argued with him for quite a while over this.

He then agreed to compensate us somehow, and said he would have a think about it, but we would probably get a few thousand and a large freeroll for the forum ($1000-$2000) I thought, if he followed through with this, it may be worth continuing our partnership.

Well we were in the US for another 7 weeks, got home 2 weeks ago and still heard nothing back from him, so finally I emailed him a few times about 10 days ago, nothing. Then I Pmed Liat on the forum here, he wrote back saying Sammy would be in touch. Finally I got a response from Sammy last week:
    Ellen,

So, I sent him a list of 36 names from our forum that had posted, explaining that several aren’t 100% sure but to please check and see, one way of proving they are under us is that we did our first forum freeroll with CD on Feb. 1st so MANY of the signups were a few days prior to that, most even posted they download it to play in the freeroll.

After I sent him this list I got this from him:

LOL, I’m like, HELLO………it’s a list of all the suspected players that SHOULD be under us, well that email came to me on Nov. 10th and I’ve emailed him a few times now with NO RESPONSE.

I will be shocked if we get $$, but I can tell you that the SAME amount of traffic went to another Playtech room in less time and we were doing 4 figures monthly with them, so they absolutely owe us some $$$$$$.

I will post this all publicly if no one responds with payments by Monday.

Liat, I am sorry this has to come public but we have nowhere to turn and think that all webmasters should be aware of what’s going on and warned.

    Regards
    Ellen

In addition i would like to inform you that i can be contacted by E-mail at support@cpays.com (also MSN messanger) or via live chat at http://www.cpays.com

    Hi Eilon,
I do appreciate you trying to handle this, but Sam is the person that has not followed through with promises. And if he’s the boss, that doesn’t help me much.

There is no excuse for Sam to not contact me by now, that last email was on the 10th which is 13 days ago.

We’ve already pulled down all of Casino Pays casinos and CDPoker. The only way we’ll consider putting CP back up on our sites is to get those 36 players or the most part of them (most of them are rightfully our players) under us OR get enough $$ to make up for what they have produced and will produce in the next several years. AND CP must get their cookies issue resolved.

    Deal Ellen,

A wise man once said that patience is a virtue.
And now he’s dead. Look where his patience got him. sneaky2.gi

Once again i apologize for this terrible ordeal. To be honest, I have been working for CPays for the past year now and this is the first time i’ve encountered such a terrible partner treatment.
Knowing Sam i am completely positive that all of this is a big misunderstanding – of course not trying to underestimate you in any way.

Words are weaker than actions and i promise you that i took some actions.
I encourage you to contact me via messanger – and in anyway i promise you that i have you on my mind and will not rest until this matter will be solved.

    With utmost respect,
    Eilon

Eilon, we’re leaving in a few hours for Perth and won’t be home til Monday so messenger won’t work for me the next 5 days. I just emailed you at support@cpays.com, all the emails back and forth between us, whith the details in it, the list of 36 names etc.

I’ll be online off and on while we’re away so I’ll check for replies over the next few days. Once I get back in town, we can speak on messenger.

    Thanks

Ellen please send them to Elion via PM here at CAP also and retain receipt.

Elion we would REALLY appreciate it if you get this fully resolved BEFORE the holidays.

This is a VERY serious issue and I know that all of our affiliates are following this closely. :1Dialog:

    For goodness sake …

While I do enjoy a good soap opera – I do like the story to move on . .and frankly the delivery / non-delivery of email isn’t enough progress…

Why not simply send a message using the PM system?
Add the read receipt and you’ll know when it’s opened?

That’s surely a great use of CAP resources.

I’m feeling for Ellen here – and would like this one to have the happy ending for the affiliate.

    EDIT :
Ooppps – I’ve just read Professors reply – and he says the same thing but better. Sorry for replying without reading it all.

Ok, I’ve just copied and pasted the last email with Sammy that has ALL the information in it.

I did just wake up to an email from Sammy (first in 3 weeks) saying I need to give him a list of the CPR numbers as well as aliases which I already gave the list to.

So now I have to go through a 4 page forum thread and privately PM each and everyone listed to send me their CPR number. When I sent Elliott the first list of 8 or 9 members, it was aliases and he saw right away they should be under me, so why now do I have to take hours and hours to do this work? Why can’t you all do this work, I’m the one getting screwed here, this makes no sense, I mean if I get you these CPR numbers will you then tell me to get their first born son to you too :whoa:

And why didn’t Elliott say I had to do this 4 months ago? Or why didn’t Sammy just reply saying he needed this 2 months ago? I really feel the run around here.

And still noone has answered the question if the cookies issue has been solved here yet………I was told it wasn’t and couldn’t be resolved so I’m very curious about that.
