InactiveMy FA earning are the best they have ever been but very crazy. Over $4500 in chargebacks this month but the earnings are still good. Referback was good last month as well but not so great this month.
I cannot find anything about Carmen Media buying FA. Source???

InactiveHi guys. My source was a good friend of mine who owns a small online Casino. I am sure this is true. If it’s not, please contact the affiliate manager from referback or FA.They should have posted here if this was a false statement. :la-de-da:

InactiveSpeculations like this are very nonproductive.
Firstly, I doubt that referback shuns you because of a post you made, I suggest you contact your manager there. I have made many critical posts about them over the years and it hasn’t hurt business. Business is business.
Secondly, if the rumor were true, and you are doing ok with either program, it should help you by putting you on the radar of the other one.
Also, it’s not a good idea to spread rumors. This industry is always rife with them, and they are started for all kinds of reasons, often times to hurt the competition.
I cannot get any confirmation on this at the time. This is not a good post as it is somewhat inflammatory and based on hearsay. We try to avoid this sort of thing and concentrate on things we can confirm.
I will revisit this topic if and when the rumor can be confirmed.

InactiveWell, as you know that many of us are having problems with FA right now. Believe me, I should know because they were my #1 revenue. Since all of this happen when all the affiliate mangers left FA starting 2006. I pretty much got into this and this is no rumors. I really don’t think my friend would tell me rumors. All the stock holders want to sell FA and they did to Referback. :popcorn:March 8, 2006 at 2:49 pm #685676Anonymous
InactiveGuys, false statement or not. Our stats are being tempered with. I believe the affilaites have the right to know in the beginning. This month and now, there are a lot of trading going on. Think about money mechanic and wager share. A lot of trading and selling. :popcorn:March 8, 2006 at 3:08 pm #685677Anonymous
InactiveThere is no doubt that the industry is consolidating, and I have been saying all along that this is the year of mergers. There will be lots of them and I would not be surprised if referback and fortune did merge.
But you are still spreading rumors, and this is a professional board.
If you have a problem with fortune, you need to talk to them in their forum. That’s what it’s there for, among other things.
If you have rumors or conspiracy theories and such, they belong in the free for all section.
If and when you can get confirmation from referback and/or fortune, or find a press release or some sort of other proof, that’s the time to post.
I am not saying it’s not true, I am saying it is an unproven rumor, one of many out there. I hear these sort of things all the time, and sometimes they turn out to be true, and sometmes they don’t.
As professional, I wait for proof before I post and get people all excited.

InactiveI looked into this and see no evidence of this happening. I was just speaking with both aff managers yesterday and there was no mention of it. But I won’t dismiss that this could be happening.
The stats at both programs I find are way of the mark. For FA I have made $5.00 for each past six months. So 6×5= $30.00 not bad, I can rent a couple of movies. greek39

InactiveI made $6. So I’m $1 richer. whooo hoo. :drunk2:March 8, 2006 at 3:19 pm #685681Anonymous
InactiveOK, if one company is selling all their share to another company. They need to get ready. In order to do this, where will the affiliate be? in the middle? no way amigo. They would have to be put on hold untill everything is a little bit settled. Correct? I’m sure if you guys look hard enough, you can find prove. Later today, I’ll check it out 2 and bring you guys some details.Cheers :drunk2:

InactiveI heard this rumor last year in amsterdam from a manager so it seems to be true.

Inactivewhy do you even care if all you made was $6 with the program, move on and concentrate your efforts were you earn money. No need to bash or insinuate rumors, set some priorities.

Inactivelike I said before, I care because this is an important issue to me. Come on, don’t you think that the others won’t be interested on hearing this? How can we get the same amount of earnings at both programs. This is one of a main issue we need to discuss as an affiliate. :hattip:I have tested both affiliate program and both did not bring up my stats. Fortune Affiliates and Referback are 2 major – biggest groups around. Like I said, this is important.
