Yeah, CR casinos are awful. It is a pain to get anything done there. Took me 3 attempts to download successfully – that never happens anyplace else. Then they tell you a bonus will be credited in two hours and it’s more like 48 hours, and they didn’t answer 4 emails.

An all around lousy experience. I won $1000 and asked to withdraw. They asked me to fax all my personal stuff and I told them to forget it then. (I know it is widely required, I won’t do that for 1000, my price for that is a lot higher tongue2.gif Too much identity theft going on, and databases sold on wol and elsewhere)

So, fine, I didn’t get the money. They did take it out of my account though and debited Arkyt for my win. What type of shit is that? Debit Arkyt for something that never happened?
In my book, that is complete theft.

A player went and talked to them and asked questions about what it would take to cashin:

    My LIVE chat with Yukon:

Thank you for using Casino Support chat. Please wait for a Casino Support operator to respond. Thank you.
You are now chatting with ‘Darren’
Darren: Welcome to Casino Support Live Chat service. How can I help you?
john: Hi…I was thinking about signing up at your casino. But before i do I have some questions.
john: I really don’t like handing out personal info about myself…do you require any special type of ID’s?
Darren: to register an account, no
Darren: but, as per our Terms & Conditions, you may be requested to supply documentation should you withdrawal from the casino.
    john: what type of documentation?
Darren: 1. The front & back of your credit card. If you have deposited with an online wallet (e.g. Firepay) please send us a screen print of your online account showing your name, address & account number.
Darren: 2. Drivers license or passport
Darren: 3. Recent utility bill showing your name & current address
    john: a faxback?
    Darren: Fax or email.
john: can i cash in without a faxback form?
Darren: It is a random security process, John
Darren: I could not advise WHEN documents might be required.
    john: ok…thanks..bye

It seemed like Darren was getting pissed. So, abruptly ended the chat.
But…notice what I highlighted in red?
    Random…BULLS**T!!!!

Why did they pick me then if it was random?

I deposited 100, waited for my bonus, blew the whole thing and deposited another 100. (and Arkyt, your estimate of what should have been in my account was $100 short – that is the second deposit missing! )

So I had deposited $200 when I hit the royal. Does that look like a bonus abuser or a new depositing player? If the requirement to fax is random, why did I trip a trigger?

And that’s not all. After I refused to send the fax, they sent me a disk from Yukon and a $50 cupon in the mail. Without Arkyt’s code.

    Grrrrrrrrrrr!

They require a screenprint? I’m hoping that does not mean a screenshot. 90% of users dont know how to do a screenshot, hell I dont even remember how.

I don’t get it. please make clear for us dummies Dom; are you saying that when you couldn’t cash-out; that what?

is the money no longer in your account?

and if so; are you saying that the win was credited against the tester’s account while it disappeared from your player account?

Ark, have you confronted Brent with your findings?

A screenprint of my neteller! Here is what they wanted:

We advise that your withdrawal is now in a pending period, it will be removed from that period in 2 hours if it is a poker withdrawal and 48 if it is a casino withdrawal from when you initiated the withdrawal. At anytime during the pending period these funds are available for you to play by reversing the withdrawal into your Casino account. If you would like to reverse your withdrawal, simply go to the banking page in the Casino and select Reverse withdrawal.

Due to changes in banking regulations, the Casino Management has made changes to procedures regarding withdrawals. The regulations now require that we must be in receipt of certain documentation before the refund can be issued.

This documentation must include clear and legible copies of the following:

–> The front and back of the relevant Credit Card. Please note if you did not purchase with a Credit Card and used Firepay, NETeller, Citadel or Prepaid ATM or any other e-wallet instead, you need to send in a print screen of the page showing your name and address as well as the account number.
–> Your Passport or Drivers License.
–> A Utility Bill or Credit Card Statement showing your Name and Address as registered on your casino account.

You may fax the required documentation to the following fax numbers:
    1-800-861-1309 (U.S. Players) Toll Free
    +44 870-130-2795 (U.K Players) Toll Free
    +612 9387 8044 (All other areas)

Alternatively, you can scan the documents and reply to this email address: [email protected]
So we can properly view the images please make sure you have enlarged the copies.

Please feel assured that this information will only be requested once for all CasinoReward Member Casinos. Once you have sent this information in, it will be shared across the CasinoRewards network and will not delay future gaming or payouts in any of the Casinos.

This surely contradicts what they told the player who asked them about it. Doesn’t sound random at all.

    No, Arkyt didn’t tell Brent.

I am considering telling Brent, I didn’t want Arkyt involved. Brent will think it odd that I would ask someone to speak for me – I am on speaking terms with Brent, and he knows I am vocal.

and if so; are you saying that the win was credited against the tester’s account while it disappeared from your player account?

That is exactly what I am saying.

Remember this is in the private section – I do not want you to talk to Brent. I will handle it myself if I decide to do so. I am still seeing what Arkyt thinks, but I think I am going to have a little chat wit6h Brent unless Arkyt opposes it..

NO I have not spoke with Brent about this particular situation – Dom asked me not to so I honored her wishes. Though I as the affiliate was the one screwed – Not really a big deal to me.

I also have a decent relationship with Brent and Rewards – but had just added the Yukon link to my site(s) for the testing.

Ahhh if you deposited a second $100 then YES it was never recorded in my stats at all 😮 Freaking Crooks!

In addition to Doms bad experience both Randy and another tester experienced very poor support response and slow bonus transfers.

Another account didnt record at all and now I hear that dom had made a second deposit that never showed either!

Next month they are moving into the dungeon

Yeah, I blew the first deposit right quick and redeposited.

I do think I’ll talk to Brent about it. It is really disgusting.

Maybe you want to try Vegas Affiliates. I haven’t tested them but Colusseum and Vegas Slots (if thats the name of their slot casino) convert very nicely, and changes in my advertising reflect promptly.

They are very slow payers though.

This is very discouraging. I was encouraged when I landed that whale last month, but he’s pretty much stopped playing.

As far as my experience went, I downloaded the casino and tried to get my free $10 bonus. I never received a reply to my email to their support team, and I finally received my bonus 72 hours later. Very disappointing.

If anyone does know of some good Microgaming Casinos to promote, please do share.

The only whales Ive had at Rewards were on their way out so-to-speak …

Ive had 2 big winners one of about 35,000 and another took almost 49,000 – they won and NEVER came back!

    Yah RIGHT!

Ive been content making pretty decent profits (3-4gs/month) with them for too long. If I can make more by promoting another MGS group I wont hesitate to scrap them! AND I am looking …

I’m sad to report that Ark’s experience is also mine. I’ve been at the same amount far too long.

So the 64k question is: where?

3 months ago I would have said wagershare but my earnings there have dropped off very considerably in the past few months and I’ve been sending them the bulk of my traffic for a while now and they shouldn’t be under-performing for that many months in a row. Sept will tell that tale for me.

The only tracking system I have 90% or better trust in is Brightshare, believe it or not.

    The remaining MGS:

Referback 80% (which is saying something!)
    Integrity 80%
Fortune 70% (based on old system)
    Casino Rewards 70%
    Money Mechanic 50%
    Vegas Partner 50%
32Red 40% (because of their aff backend, not because of the casino)
    Casino Profit Share 30%
    Vegas Affiliates 30%
    Wagershare 30%
    Referspot 20%
    GSN 20%
    Roxy unrated (not enough experience)

Every single one of them, including Brightshare, has a lot of work to do. But as far as tracking goes Brightshare’s appears to be the most accurate.

    YMMV.

This CR thing has me worried and the funny thing about that is that i have tested them a few times for support and they always answered my emails within 24 hrs, and usually in about 2 hours. As for cashing-in, well Dom’s not exactly being the “perfect tester” since she’s not willing to go thru the process to see if it really works.

Right now I want to know are they playing games, or are they just being security-minded.

BTW, out of curiousity Dom, how did you deposit and was that the same way you were trying to cash-out?

Also BTW, I apologize for having posted this momentarily in a public access thread, I realized what I’d did about 10 seconds after I did it, but never the less, I am sorry. I edited it out as soon as I could.

Also, with which casino was all this happening?

I hate it when I get only part of the information. I’m starting to lose some of my beauty sleep and all I can say is thank God I’m so beautiful or else I’d be in trouble.

    :)

I’ve never done well with Yukon and I gave them a hell of a good start-off when they came out.

I’ll never do that again. Any new casino can count on getting minimal exposure on my sites, been there and done that and don’t want any more of it.

you’d think people would flock to try out the new kid on the block but my experience tells me you’re better off waiting about a year and see what people are saying then.

It’s Yukon and I payed neteller and tried to cashout neteller.

And do you guys keep screenshots of all your neteller purchases? Do you think the average player takes screenshots of them and keeps them around? That is plain ridiculous. I know the passport and utility bill are common in many online casinos, although I will never send them out. Well, I guess if I win a cool million I will – I suppose I have my price too. tongue2.gif I was also specifically told that if my picture was fuzzy I had to provide a better one.

    Brent’s explanation:

Now for the cashin part of your email. You purchased with Neteller and had your withdrawal setting set so that you would receive you money through neteller. now neteller is a lot less risky for us, but there are still some risks associated with it.

Click2Pay all ready does take the merchant’s chargeback level with them into account so neteller is thinking of doing the same so if we can keep chargeback’s and fraud levels low on our Neteller account we will get a lower rate. right now it is a flat rate and chargeback’s/fraud are all covered by neteller but they are having high levels of fraud in some cases and want the casinos to be more vigilant so they are hopefully going to start to reward casinos that keep their neteller fraud low. So our fraud department put in the procedures to make sure our neteller fraud is low so we can get the lower rate. Furthermore it is in our contract with neteller that we have to keep fraud procedures in place or else they can pass on the chargeback/fraud costs.

Re. the bonus: there is a pop that comes up when you sign into the casino. I did get one that said that I had $50 credit at casino rewards and to click here to cashin. When you clicked it said: no credits available. So much for that. Brent says in his letter that I got my bonus within two hours – it got into my account after two days. I was never able to get it out of that CR pop – but it magically jumped into my account after two days. I had contacted support 4 times about this – using the messaging facility inside the casino. I never received a reply.

    Brent’s version:

now for the bonus part. if i look at your first purchase it was a 7/16/2004 4:01:02 PM now looking at your casino rewards players account (this is where all bonuses are credited) the history shows:
Date Account No. VIP Pts Bonus VIP Pts Spent Chips Given

    7/29/2004 2:03:00 AM vygr06058280 2000

    7/17/2004 5:09:00 PM vygr06058280 5000 $50.00

    7/16/2004 5:43:00 PM vygr06058280 5000

so you purchased at 4:01 PM and the bonus was ready for you to convert into casino chips at 5:43 PM Just under the 2 hours that was promised.

Also i noticed that through our player retention efforts we noticed you had not played in a while so we gave you $20 which is waiting in your casino rewards account on the 29th to try and get you back playing.

The explanation of why only one of my deposits was credited is interesting. I checked though and Brent was correct – I only deposited $50 the first time. I think Arkyt had asked me to deposit that. Sorry, I thought it was $100 – a more likely deposit for me. The stats do match – except of course there was no withdrawal so no loss to the casino.

looking at your account first let me go over the issue of the stats not showing up. the stats in the affiliate program have nothing really to do with deposits or cashins. the only thing that deposit deal with are joins. a join is when a player hits above $100 in total purchases and only occurs once per player. so if join a casino purchase $50 day one there will be no joins in the stats, but if i then purchase another $50 two weeks later a join will show up on that date, but if i then go and purchase $100 the next day a join will not show up. a join only shows up once per player and on the date they exceed $99 in total purchases. next looking at your play these are the stats i have

    profit_to_casino userid date

    58.8000 782122 2004-07-17 00:00:00.000
    20.2500 782122 2004-07-18 00:00:00.000
    20.8000 782122 2004-07-19 00:00:00.000
    -212.5000 782122 2004-07-20 00:00:00.000
    -689.2500 782122 2004-07-21 00:00:00.000

now looking at the affiliates stats here is what the program shows
date clicks downloads registrations joins profit to casino amount earned

    07/17/2004 1 0 0 0 $58.80 $20.58
    07/18/2004 0 0 0 0 $20.25 $7.09
    07/19/2004 0 0 0 0 $20.80 $7.28
    07/20/2004 0 0 0 1 -$212.50 -$74.38
    07/21/2004 0 0 0 0 -$689.25 -$241.24

the column headers did not survive the cut and paste i did to match up perfectly but you can see they got a join on the 20th which is when you purchased your second $100, your first purchase was $50 to get the bonus, thus not showing a join. also note that all times above are GMT. beyond that the affiliate stats match up perfectly with your play.

As for why Arkyt gets money deducted from his account even though I didn’t receive payment and the money was even taken from my player account and sits in cyberland now:

the next issue is the negative stats showing on the affiliates account, well as shown above the aff stats don’t work on purchases or cashins, they work on profit to the casino as defined as amount bet – amount paid out so you won around 800 so that is what is showed. on the books to the casino they still have a liability for that 800 as soon as you go through the fraud procedures it will be paid out to you, but we cannot tell that you will never do that or etc. it is a liability on the books and based on the equation the affiliates stats works on shows that.

Well, that is so much BS to me.

There is absolutely no reason why they can’t wait to charge Arkyt until after they pay the money out. And I made it very clear, twice, that I would never send in those documents.

Brent went through a lot of trouble putting this together, with copies of emails and everything. I have always gotten along well with Brent despite some previous irregularities. This has done nothing to restore my faith in CR.

    WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH

HE PROVIDED YOU WITH MY STATS?

I mean sure I had already told you everything seemed to check out, BUT WHERE THE FUCK DOES HE GET OFF SHOWING MY STATS FOR YUKON OVER THOSE DAYS TO YOU?

NOW I THINK I AM PISSED – AND was totally content with this BS as I had never even had a link up for YUKON except for this testing.

    GRRRRRRRRRRR

So much for privacy – heh! Maybe they dont have a privacy policy???? Im off to check!

And dom … I had provided you with those exact stats and gave a line by line assessment of what had occurred. Yet, you told me you made another 100 deposit that didnt show ?????
