InactiveNo, it gets complicated. But, the more criteria you have in front of you, the easier it becomes to see who to give a shot. If the bottom line doesn’t work, try someone else. Ands so on. Everyone is different – if all the programs performed the same for all of us then we would only have a handful and no one would promote the rest.

InactiveHey guys,
I just wanted to clarify that as of March we will no longer have a negative carryover policy. Let me know if you have any questions.
Cheers,
Tarlan

InactiveGood question. I don’t know, and their site doesn’t say whether they carry forward negatives or not. I don’t recall why they were in the “no negative carryover” category in the first place; as BJF said, about half of the Playtechs carry over negatives, and half don’t. BJF supplied a list of Playtechs that don’t carry over negatives, and CPays wasn’t on that list.
For now I put them back in the “unknown” category. If you are personally experiencing negative carryover from a previous month (and if you are sure that this isn’t from a chargeback), then I will move them to the “programs that do carry over negative balances” category.

InactiveI just had an online chat with someone at Cpays. It seems as though negative balances do carry over by default, unless you have a special deal. Here’s a snippet of the chat:
Cpays: Hi
Dave: Hi. I have a question about the commissions.
Cpays: sure go ahead
Dave: I am wondering if negative balances are carried over from month to month.
Dave: For example, if I have someone who wins a lot and that puts me in the negative by $1,000, will that amount be carried into the next month, or is it reset to $0 at the end of the month?
Cpays: it depends on your account type… However I got a great offer for you !!!
Cpays: Locate our banner right now and I’ll give you 50% for 2 month with no Neg balance
Dave: Hmm. Well, I mainly just want to know how it is for everyone in general.
Cpays: You can ask for a no Neg balance but then you commission rate drops 5%. with my offer its 50% with no Neg.
Dave: I am kind of doing a research project, that’s why I am asking.
Dave: Thanks for the offer though.
I think I have my answer.
Cpays: ah , ok… you will find that my offer is the best one currently on the net…
Cpays: It’s for a limited time only, So if you like.. hurry up…
Dave: I’ll think about your offer and get back to you. Have a nice night!
Cpays: you too.
Dave:
I am moving them to the “yes we carry over negatives” category. I am not placing them in the “sometimes” category because there is nothing in writing on their site that explains when negatives are carried forward, and when they aren’t. Special deals at the beginning of a partnership don’t really count as “sometimes,” in my opinion…. I am more interested in what happens over the long term.

InactiveYou may want to add Referback to that do carry over list as well because they do carry over any chargebacks or fruad until it is paid for.
Vegas Lucky will carry over negs as well, so funny we make like 1k a month there when we are in the neg from a cashout but when we get that paid off we make nothing.. go figure!

InactiveI think pretty much every program carries forward negatives due to fraud and chargebacks. If Referback carries forward negatives from players winning, however, then they should be regrouped. I don’t think they do, though; Microgamings in general don’t do that.

:hehe: Things that make you go “hmm.”

InactiveHello All,
Just to clear up something here.
Since Nov 1st 2005, VIP Profits is NO LONGER carrying over negatives for casino revenue!
Also, any negative commission amount for sports revenue will no longer affect earnings obtained through the casino and/or poker revenue stream. This means casino affiliates still get paid if the sports bettors have a good month..
Negatives will always carry over on the sports book side, that is very normal and only fair.
Players that win will in many times play those winnings back into the sports book, so if negatives would not carry over, we would be paying commission to affiliates on winnings that the sports book paid out to the player. So, the carry over is only logical in sports.
In conclusion, VIP Profits does not carry over negatives for casino revenue.
Negatives for sports will NOT affect revenue through casino.Hope this clears things up.
