PlayshareHi Cowboy,
I noticed that you say that PlayShare is not accepting U.S. players.
This is not the case, and it is business as usual at PlayShare.com

InactiveThis time i was wrong…La festa è finita! (the party is over). Casino PArtners was confirming me today that they are stopping to accept players from all the U.S.

InactiveIn our view, offering online gaming affiliate services is still allowed, so long as you do not earn a revenue share from referring players residing in the US. Therefore, your PartnerLogic account will remain open. I must however clearly state that you are not permitted to use this account for any wagering (i.e. playing at InterCasino, VIP Casino, InterBingo or InterPoker).
InterCasino and the other brands that PartnerLogic represent have a very large international player base and reputation. In fact only 35% of our revenue came from the USA this year.

That is exactly what I was thinking. Why else would they jump so soon – before they know they HAVE too. They are pre-empting the affiliates. We need to keep track of these companies that bailed so quick.October 4, 2006 at 2:37 pm #709542Anonymous

I’m very keen to get a definitive list of ‘definitely denying all US’ casinos/affiliate programs and whilst it’s great when everyone posts with new ones (including the maybe’s I guess lol), it would be awesome if perhaps the first post in the topic could be updated with the current list of ‘definites’ rather than having to page through so much.
I appreciate it’s an added task that no-one would really want and if that’s the case, maybe I could go through once a week and PM you with a definitive list if that’s preferable? (just to save as many of us busy webbies as much time as possible).
If you say ‘no’ I completely understand of course – just thought I would ask – and hopefully the worst I’ll get is ‘no’ lol.
Cheers all ,

Ok – I updated the initial post in this thread and will try to keep it current. If there are any errors let me know.

InactivePartnerlogic sent an email, they will no longer pay on US players. Expect all of the Wagerlogic sites to follow soon since this is mandated by Wagerlogic. That includes William Hill and the Sands, Littlewoods an a few others.

InactiveIt seems like it is mostly the publicly traded companies that are jumping ship.

InactiveWell i am just starting out and have yet to make a dime. However i have faith this will all turn around and those affiliates bailing now will never seee a space on my site. Its rediculas to just jump out on the first wave the ship isnt sunk yet.And it does nothing to help the situation whatsoever. If they wont stand i say let them stay out

Inactivejdguiles wrote:Its rediculas to just jump out on the first wave the ship isnt sunk yet.I agree, these casinos, programs and a few webmasters are creating a stampede of panic. If you have a successful portal why in the world would you sell it for peanuts? I could think of dozens of reasons why you would say you were but werent really doing so; but not many for actually doing it.

InactiveThanks very much for your reply and keeping your original topic up to date – this will very useful for me to keep our banner databases current

I can’t help agreeing with those suggesting that those (casinos / affiliate programs) bailing early before they see what really happens might be shooting themselves in the foot.
Cheers again all for the great discussion and useful info
