InactivePerhaps some casinos handle new and existing customers different? What I mean is that perhaps a casino doesn’t allow new US customers for the moment, but let’s existing players gamble at this time. (until further notice)
Just read BETFRED send out an email to a us customer letting her know that they closed her account due to the new “law”

InactiveHello,
I’m speaking on behalf of 21.com.
Unfortunately we have to follow the policy of our software provider 888.com so when 888.com cannot accept players from the USA we can’t either, I feel the stress and the uncertainty of my affiliates and I feel bad I cannot change anything regarding this policy YET, saying this we are at 21.com still trying to find a solution to keep our US affiliates and players.
I take it personally to assist any affiliate who need to move offshore and change his/her hosting, especially those who are already working with us. If you need my assistance feel free to contact me and I’ll do my best to help.
Regards!

If there is a link to the public statement can it be listed as well?

InactiveFergie wrote:I can’t believe how fast they’re jumping ship.Seriously! Why so fast? Why not wait until they have to or spend some money fighting? Considering they are off shore I don’t see any legal jeopardy they are in. The cynic in me says there are other reasons they are jumping this fast.
