Just as another point, I dont think the title to the thread helps here – a title we didnt create.

We do pay US affiliates as long as they meet the terms which all the affiliates do. We do accept US affiliates as long as they dont promote to the US and seeing as we dont accept US players it wouldnt be in their interest to.

Just to confirm, and I can clarify again if needs be, we DO accept US affiliates and we DO pay our US affiliates. I genuinely think there was simply a bit of confusion at the start and the affiliate in this case is being paid today in full.

As always if you have any questions on this please let me know,

    Duncan

What difference does it make if U.S. affiliates promote to the U.S. anyway? If we did, we’d only be wasting our time since your casino won’t accept new registrations from U.S. players. So there wouldn’t be any earnings to even worry about paying, since U.S. players can’t register.

You say you pay U.S. affiliates as long as they don’t promote to U.S. U.S. affiliates, Russian affiliates, UK affilites, none of them can promote to the U.S. right? So why are U.S. affiliates mentioned at all in anyone’s emails or posts regarding Golden Associates and paying affiliates?

I appreciate that Bonustreak’s payment was sent. And I appreciate your pm earlier, and chat on messenger. I still find the whole idea that being an affiliate that lives in the U.S. was ever a question or even mentioned. Where we live should make no difference for affiliates. Right? And if we promote to the U.S., we wouldn’t get any players because they can’t register, so there wouldn’t be any earnings to question. So it does seem like someone was debating on not paying her solely based on where she, the affiliate, lives.

Without Miles and Kamiel there, this is too dodgey to me.

[No problem at all if you are in the US and advertising to another market and we are more than happy to pay out to our US affiliates if they confirm their marketing activity. As this has been done in this case payment is going through today and this will always be the case.]

Have we ever had to “confirm our marketing activities” for MG powered casinos ?

I can not help it if a US player visits my site and downloads the software after being informed of the ban (which happens a lot).

confirming my marketing activity before getting paid……….be happy i promote…….which is not the case anymore…..I do not like YOUR marketing activity at all.

Good luck in finding some who do (in this industry trust is key and you need top affiliate managers since Kamiel left i see no reason to continue).

    Morning guys,

completely understand that this is an important issue for you, and for any affiliates for that matter, which is why I would like to think I am being quite open and very clear.

1 – we do accept US affiliates
2 – we do pay US affiliates
3 – Golden Lounge do not accept US players
4 – you do not need to confirm your marketing activity to receive payment

The above 4 points have not changed and will not change on this programme and unless I am very much mistaken we all agree on this. If there is any confusion on this I hope the above 4 points clear the matter up though if you need further clarification then please get in touch.

The issue arose originally, I believe, as a result in an error of communication. Golden Lounge’s policy, as set out in the above 4 points, has not changed and will not change.

Does the above answer the questions you have regarding US affiliates? If not, let me know.

Miles is gone as well? THAT is a bad sign and one that I will take notice of.

I have to pull all banners and terminate this relationship ASAP due to the fact that I do not feel comfortable working with your organization after reading this thread.

Infact I just remembered asking redbush to check on your tracking because I featured your brand on my forum and did not get one click or download so something UNCOOL is going on with this group. :flush:

Are we talking about Golden Associates? Why is Golden Lounge being posted? Sorry for the confusion.

    Hi,

I completely understand that anytime there is a restructure with the management of a programme that it can unsettle people. We genuinely believe though that the restructure, and thats all it is, a restructure, will drive the programme forward.

“I have to pull all banners and terminate this relationship ASAP due to the fact that I do not feel comfortable working with your organization after reading this thread.”

Just in regards of the thread all questions have been dealt with immediately by myself and if nothing else it has acted as a quick introduction to you all. Clearly, not the ideal start but at least it starts a discussion. I would hope that by being honest with you that it shows that we can be worked with and that not only do you have a voice but it is heard as well. I keep saying it but the relationship with the affiliates is the most important aspect to any programme and rest assured we will be working closely with you. If you absolutely want to pull your banners then there isnt much more I can do but I would say you will be missing out on working with us at a really interesting time. The programme is getting a big push in the coming months and we would like you all to be part of this growth.

If you have a tracking issue let me know – more than happy to look into it. If you dont tell me about it though I cant do anything so drop me a line and I will look into it. Have been pretty open with my contact details on both the thread and the email you received yesterday but if you need more details please let me know.

Just to let everyone know I was paid via wire already which is great since I have been waiting a long time for that :) Duncan does seem to work fast! I do believe in 2nd chances and after speaking with Duncan I now understand that it is an actual UK based marketing agency that the casino owner has hired in to manage the affiliates, so in really it is not fair to blame the ad agency for the owners decision to cut loose Kamiel and Miles. I will give them another go and see how things work out on a trial basis.

I was posting when the board went down for maintenance – I added a ? in the post title.

A lot of people signed up specifically because they knew and trusted Kamiel and Miles.

So they are disappointed and leery when suddenly those two guys disappear.

Of course that is not Duncan’s doing, but I think I’ll be watching for a while.:hattip:

Duncan, I know this isn’t your fault and I don’t hold you personally responsible for this mess.

Unfortunately, with Kamiel and Miles gone I won’t go any further with Golden Lounge Casino. I will promote the next casino Kamiel finds employment with though, and always will promtote any casinos he’s working with. Kamiel not being at Golden Associates anymore speaks volumes.

I’m basing my decision on other information that I have and will not be giving them another chance anytime soon, but to each their own. :hattip:

That is on target in my situation. That is the only reason that I signed up. I normaly do not join new programs.

Can you at least explain to us why Kamiel and Miles were let go? or did they leave on their own?

I have an arrangement with your company on my site, and it was made with them, not anyone else, i trusted them, always have, you and company i don’t know, so i can’t decide it i want to keep this going?

    thank you

They are on a very limited trial basis for me and that is to maintain the players I have already sent them I cannot just not help them along if there are issues BUT they are being watched very close. From what I take it the owner could not afford both marketing teams anymore so consolidated but as we all know if Kamiel sees something shady he is out of there.

    Hey Triple777’s,

Just to be safe, so you don’t run into problem like Bonustreak did, if I were you I’d get Duncan in private message or live chat and make sure he’s aware of the promotion you’ve got running… and make sure that approval is still good. He may not even be aware of all the special promo’s that Kamiel and Miles had set up.

    Jeez what next…

I am glad I was cautious on promoting this group (very limited exposure given so far).

I really wouldn’t be surprised if those behind Grand Prive are something to do with this lot ..

As the ‘CAP Certification’ is ‘bought’ rather than earned (not what I previously believed when I put these up).

I think this is one to leave before I refer too many players and then they disappear too or start telling me I can’t get payments because there is a ‘d’ in the daY of the month I am due to be paid.

These kind of lame excuses give me doubts as to how they will treat players when they try cashing out (new excuses to get people reversing and playing it and losing).. (and of course never coming back)..

Thanks for the info – gonna nip these ones in the bud nice and early :)

Out of interest – any other affiliates had the run-around yet? (fortunately I’m not even up to $100 commission yet – very limited exposure so all good)

    Cheers,
    G

To be fair to Duncan I think something was lost in translation in his early posts on this thread and he’s worked quickly to eradicate any fears you may have over being affiliates based in the US.

Although I cannot vouch for Golden Lounge I’m happy to give Duncan and the guys at Locker-room a recommendation based on work they’ve done for totesport in the past.
