Not work as much
and get everything in writingRent an office and hire some employer to do articles, so I can focus on other things. Also I would select one good domain name and make lang. versions on one site, instead of one different domain name for every country. Easier link-building from my point of view..
Would have focused on casino instead of poker. Would have hired more people. Would have designed the site with a structure in mind instead of just flying by the seat of my pants. Would have leaned more heavily on crypto-currencies and gambling when they came out.
a. Do better research as to who are what to deal with?
b. Focus more on casino and less on poker
c. Not invest so much money into the business i.e. over-investHope this helps out some people.

Stayed in college and became a doctor or lawyer lol. This industry is now a full-time job and nowhere near as fun as it was 10 years ago. If i wanted a real job I would have stayed in school. I will pass that along to my kids for sure.
I would go back and collect email lists and build a solid subscriber list to actively maintain. I was always good with SEO but not email marketing. I just overlooked it for far too long. I would also learn better web design skills

You and me both man. I admit that I was also very lax on CTAs for years. After fully implementing them business shot up dramatically. WHen I think how many years I went in a sub-optimal state of conversions!!! Oh well. We live and we learn.
