    here’s mine:
giving up on a site too easily, and flittering to the next business idea. in other words, not resisting temptation well enough to focus on my main sites

trying to get everything perfect , every word right etc.

its ok to build pages and then at some point go back and refine them, rather than trying to get every one perfect first up,

my biggest thing for every site i used to build, was trying to get every page perfect.
now.. i for mini sites, i just get a site up, and worry about the look later (1-3 weeks later)

would have done more upfront strategy planning, instead of launching and trying everything under the sun!

Clear vision and strategy planning before spending loads of money on testing ideas, clearer contracts in writing, and networking with the best in the world. I didn’t understand how valuable good mentors could be.

Oh yes, get everything in writing. No phone conversations that conclude in a contract – make sure it’s followed up in writing.

I wouldn’t have got obscessed with Page Rank, I should have planned better and not rushed into it – Mistake was I assumed if I got something up I would make money ….

Would not have started a first time forum on ezboard for sure:turn: I would have researched better and most of all I would have made sure a new casino was stable before I started marketing it.

Yep, it took me some time to realize I had to be very careful about who I promoted… Some of the first places on my site I wouldn’t touch with a ten foot pole today.

trying to do everything at once was a big one for me.
you know.. spend 2-3 months getting everything right, all the data, info, template, graphics.. and then starting.

now days its, get something up online from the the word go!
