biggygMemberMy players lost several thousand this week , that should help pay some bills. Two months behind and soon to be three months with me . How much longer we suppose to be patient? Reason I am asking is because I am not a patient person .And is Justin still working there?

InactiveMy players apparently wiped my commissions from over $2k to -$400. Anyone else seeing this? I track it all, so it was interesting to see VERY LITTLE in the way of deposits that resulted in this.. Not saying it isn’t possible, though, just wanted to see if others are seeing a 90 degree drop in commissions.
Anyway – I really came in to post that one of my players was receiving NO attention for 3 days (after daily communication with Casino Manager ‘Daniel’). After some emails asking what is going on, Daniel finally responded and said her withdrawals will be paid today.
I guess that is a good thing that they are paying the players…

InactiveI’m seeing quite the opposite, an extraordinary upturn in fortunes.

InactiveAh yes of course, but if they were just going to run off they wouldn’t care much about fiddling the stats so the drop the other guys saw would be irrelevant.

vladcizsolMemberI certainly hope you are right as I am due monies also…

InactiveHolding my tongue and being patient, I will not put banners up again though until I see a change for the better and stable management in the casino, and of course the going on 4 months of payments that are due to me.

biggygMemberYes it is ,I think they should send all of us a reply on the situation instead of a select few. They owe me some serious dough now and I would appreciate a more personal approach then i can be a bit more patient and understanding.

InactiveI’m done holding back…
They owe me enough money that I have considered selling all of my sites in order to pay taxes. This is NO joke either. They also owe me a trip to Australia which never materialized.
I was happy when ‘Casino Licensee’ decided to begin communication in an effort of good will. They communicated a couple of times and now are almost 1 week late based upon their last communication.
I’m all for giving them a chance… That’s great. I really like the software and liked BOTH the affiliate managers (Tristan and Justin). However – they are ruining MY business by not paying what they owe. AND, to top it all off, they have gone incommunicado once again showing that they either don’t give a shit about us… or that they are completely inept at running their own company.
I have players that had to bitch again to get them to return emails… After weeks of supporting players very well, they are seemingly returning to their old shitty support ways.
Yes – I’m pissed. They OWE us an explanation ON TIME.
What do we have to do…. Who can we contact… To find out what is going on with our own money and with player support????
Get your shit together or get the fuck out already.

InactiveI’m owed a huge amount now too. Unfortunately we violated the terms of their email by posting on here so can probably forget about it.

I signed up under their original Terms and Conditions (which I have a copy of and so does AffiliateGuardDog.com)… They WILL be bound by them.. That email is not a term that I signed up under.
If anyone needs a specific dated Terms and Conditions, it can be easily pulled from the AffiliateGuardDog.com site based upon your signup date. (This is for ANY program that we track)

InactiveSo now that Andy came out with it I can say that this is bullshit on HYPE ‘s end! Kwblue won that trip months ago BEFORE these issues came up, he drove and sent them HUGE numbers and they owe him several k, he has been on the verge of selling off his sites due to these jerks! There are no excuses the software owners need to step up to the plate and settle these accounts now!!!
As far as no payment if we run our mouths, they think this is bad??? This is nothing get a handful of us pissed enough to make a blacklisted page on our sites and do the ring like we have with other casinos and see how they would like that, if they are smart they will pay up!
