I think CAP already tried that. I’m not sure what physically finding a responsible person there and meeting with them would do – gonna start ducking their heads in buckets of water or torturing til they pay? LOL .I think the best we can hope for is to make sure players know of their ‘cowbody’ antics and slowly but surely cover the internet with the facts about this group so anyone doing a search about Grand Prive sees these.
I’ve already placed the J Todd’s APCW vids on there but I guess to really be effective it might be better have something a little shorter – of course it needs to grab attention quick.
Having thought a bit more about it (my original posts were ‘thinking aloud’ ideas) .. I think the best way is just pure online (not physical mail – and also too many complications with mail shot) . This way, the people that will get these messages will at least be likely to get to the players we referred – which really i think should be the first step – as these are the ones they are earning from but not paying those that brought them).
Perhaps we can ask J Todd to do something quick and catchy. I am going to do a few one or more animated banners when I have a mo where the letters of PRIVE rearrange to form ‘RIP’ (or something like that – not really sure – just thinking aloud again).
This really has to target the Players side of things (i.e. the fact that if they stitched us up, it is likely they will with players). People who wish to read all of the info can by googling it already I’m sure but a Viral vid would be a great way to get more looking at the various links and spreading the word.
It’s probably gonna take a mini-team from CAP to get it all done (script, points to be made, links, ‘the star of the show’ and how to kick it off) .. probably safest ‘led’ by someone that Moderates/Admins CAP – I will gladly contribute what I can (not being the video star though!)

They are known and they have been repeatedly contacted but they just don’t give a s#it. As far as I know they have nothing to do with any other groups.
So anyone good with making videos for a viral marketing campaign?

It would be nice to have some real catchy, slick banners. I’d put one up where another casino banners that could make me money could have been. In a heartbeat!

I was informed by a forum member recently that they were spammed by (someone – LOL – I suspect Grand Prive ‘marketing’) and it had a link to the following:-

They told me to take a look as it looks (on first glance) as a ‘independent’ / affiliate site BUT check this:-
– The only links that ‘work’/active are the Grand Prive / Big Dollar one(s). (Bet365 and 32Red banners are shown – but non-clickable – don’t think they’d be happy to see that!)
– Notice that the Big Dollar one has an affiliate tag! ?
Just more proof that they ARE still actively marketing and leaving out affiliates (using all that money they are saving by not paying us to pay other marketing companies to mass email and I wouldn’t be surprised to see their banners on other sites in time!)..
The topic I created / posted a link to earlier (in this topic) includes my ‘best effort’ banner to quickly get the message to click-thru.

From Grand Prive? I was on twitter the other day searching for users and found this! http://twitter.com/GrandPrive Not only do they have an account, but 40 people are following them! It looks like they didn’t even get on twitter until April 28th so this is a new effort. I think I need to contact twitter and let them know what is up!
