Incidentally, I was able to click on my eco without putting the info in and cash out my funds, or at least it seems I will be able to unless they cancel the transaction.
For me, the Eco site has been down since yesterday am. I checked GPWA and many webmasters there have the same problem. Using the link http://xxwww.ecocard.com/cgi-bin/navigation.pl and hoping someone has a better link – otherwise how are people here able to access.
Am I geotargeted??? Resident in Florida.

I’m also in Florida. I can use the site as always, except I get that page asking for my DL when I log in. Still lets me navigate away from that page. I cashed out yesterday, and it says “ordered”…hope it works out for you, keep us posted. Only URL i know if is ecocard.com Did you try going to the main page without the subdirectory in the url?
