InactiveHi ih82lose,
This was before my time with this company, so I am not familiar with the situation but we’re happy to investigate this and sort out any $$$ issues.
Can you email me or Renee with your aff id / username and the month in question … Also, how was confirmation provided before (a NETeller reference number? a swift trace? etc).
Thanks,
Ryanih82lose wrote:Hmmmmm……I checked my stats48 clicks, 51 downloads, 1 registration, 0 players
That doesnt seem right…..(kinda high actually…lol)
But I don’t really care, I don’t promote them. They are on my site, and I have made a couple bucks from them. I am rebuilding from the ground up, and I figured I just drop them. I am surprised at how much people like them here. They have been nothing but bad news for me……..
Back in 04 I didn’t get my first payment from them. Its not the money lost that bothers me, its that they said they paid me.(its not like there was much action in my neteller account) And it is marked as paid in my account. Hell, I even paid taxes on it! Every time I look at my past payments I have to look at it.:madat: Really burns me up! It was only $201.65, but my site was making very little back then. It really soured me to the program.

InactiveHi voodooman,
Completely understood. Just to reiterate on a point in my email: we are tackling the inflated stats/clicks issue in the new system. So we are addressing the issue.
Also … keep in mind that we want to provide the accuracy you seek. Finally we’ve got the go ahead to rip this thing apart and enhance its accuracy and reporting.
So at a minimum we can look at working together when we roll out the new system. You’d be a big help in providing feedback and testing, etc as I’m sure you’d tell me right away if something is off!

It is good to know you are working on coming up with more detailed stats, however this is NOT what I am looking for..I want accuracy and I don’t care if its one number, two numbers, detailed numbers etc. Personally, I prefer this type of accuracy over the BOTTOM LINE and I would always choose to work with properties from which I receive this type of accurate reporting even if I make a little less with them (I guess I differ with a lot of other affs on this issue).
I guess I am in the minority, but being able to accurately track the performance of my pages and the positioning of links etc. is of utmost importance to my marketing strategy. For instance, knowing that I get every real click (and only real clicks) with, let’s say Brightshare, I can then test my ‘Brightshare’ link a number of different ways on my page. Then when I see that it works the best if its a text link in the lower right hand corner of my page …. I KNOW that I have my link optimally positioned.
How can I do this with CR when there are so many stats related problems?

InactiveHello,
I just wanted to post in regards to a post I made on this thread. In the post I mentioned a payment I failed to receive from casino rewards. It was replied to promptly by Ryan, one of the affiliate managers at Casino Rewards. He explained that since it was an old issue from 2004 he was not familiar with the situation but he would be happy to take a look at it if I sent him some info about it.
I sent him, via email, the information I had about the payment in question. I sent it out at about 10:00 pm, then went to bed. I awoke this morning to find 3 emails reporting his progress, and the $201.65 in my neteller account! It was in there at 1:00am!:woohoo:
Thank you Ryan, you are a class act! :hattip:
The speed and accuracy of this solution is amazing! This was a problem from a couple years ago, and Ryan was more then happy to solve it. He wasn’t my affiliate manager when this occered, but he jumped up to the plate to fix it. I have a new found respect and trust for this program.
When Ryan says he will work on a solution, I for one will believe him.
I will be promoting the fine products at Casino Rewards. I have always loved all the marketing materials they have.
