I am not saying that CR isn’t an excellent program. I am a stickler for accuracy (anal!) and I like responsiveness in a program.
I think this issue is very serious and (for me) I would choose a program that I make LESS with each month if I feel they are accurately reporting stats and responsive to my needs.
This is NOT an MG issue, as Brightshare and WagerShare do not suffer from this effect. I pointed this out on GPWA, in emails to Renee and Ryan (who both seem very nice and willing to help) et. al.
It has been months (years?) and the issue persists. I do not feel like CR has taken this issue seriously. I like to log-in see accurately: Downloads, GuestAccts, Real accounts in an appropriate ratio that I have come to know and expect from honest, well-performing programs, as reasonable and acceptable after doing this for a long, long time.
WagerShare and Brightshare almost follow an exact percentage match between downloads, guests, RMPs–it makes me comfortable to see this and I can accurately judge my results–how can you track anything with CR?
Also, many of you pointed out that it takes you a long time (years, in some cases) to start earning with them–WHY? This should not be the case, as long as you are sending appropriate reasonable, traffic IMO, you should start earning from day with with a good program.
What else is not being tracked correctly if they cant differentiate bots from real visitors in their download stats?
CR has rules like no one else:
For one thing, they restrict players from accepting new player bonuses from more than one casino, unless they have made a subsequent deposit.
For another, their most popular casinos offer a 40% bonus, as opposed to Brightshare, which offer 400%.
Finding the right target audience is required.
What bothers me about casino rewards is the same problem that others are complaining about–the errors in the stats reporting. This is my feeling on this. I am trying to run a business here, and how on earth can I run my business when I dont have a clue what my banners and text links are doing. It makes it a little tough because I am a newbie and get very little traffic, so their errors in stats just make it that much harder to make any necessary adjustments to my site. Frankly, casino rewards is making plenty of money and should spend the money once and for all and fix the damn problem. Even if they have to hire an independent contractor to fix that sort of thing, just get it done and start running the business the way it needs to be run. I have to ask myself why isnt this fixed yet? They have plenty of money and they know their affiliates are complaining about it, so if I was in their position, it would get handled as my affiliates are my bread and butter and I certainly want to make my dealings with them problem free. Just my opinion. How about dumping the guy your paying to work on it now and hire someone that knows what the hell their doing as I am close to taking it off my site. Im sure they wouldnt miss me but its rather annoying, I just cant run any kind of effective marketing campain with them what so ever.
Stats are important, but to me the most important thing is the bottom line.
When that pleases me, well, I am pleased.
I struggled to make anything when Integrity had Captains and CK. Ever since Rewards took over, along with Classic opening up.. it has quickly become one of my top two paying affiliates now. Not to mention I love being paid so early in the month and they are the fastest of the MGS casinos to pay.. Ryan and Renee Rock!

Yes. I also like Casino Rewards. Ryan always email you quick when you have concerns or stat problems. so I can trust them. Been close to 3 yrs promoting them now and my revenue is getting moving up each month.
I used to promote them and got nothing, but I think I will try them again. If Ryan could email me we will talk.
I have no problem with this program, when we notice stats are funny Ryan fixes right away and I am happy with that, we have a really good player retention rate here also.
They are one of our top 3 paying programs right now so I give a thumbs up!

I am very happy with Rewards. I don’t see that changing anytime soon.
I did very well with them once and now wonder why things seem to have just stoped. I dont like the fact that they forgot all about the work we were trying to do together. I dont know what to think about them really.
Well I am going to give them a try for a week or two and see what happens.
If Ryan would what closely for me, maybe we could have a great business.
