Ok guys we have a team leader for the CAP Audits. Plean join me in congratulating and thanking Gamtrak for accepting this challenge! :hattip:
Here’s the Game Plan.
1. Gamtrak will select 20 volunteers from the people that posted in our CAP Audits Threads.
2. She will PM each selected volunteer and let them know they have been selected and are now part of the team.
3. Its VERY important that the identities of the testers remain anonymous so dont post in public areas, private areas, via PM system or emails “I have been selected for the CAP Audits Team!”. When selections are complete GamTrak will PM me with the list.
4. I will provide our first test program to Gamtrak.
5. She will divide the volunteers into two groups of ten. One Group will be the Test Affiliates, the other the Test Players. This provides us with ten sets of data for analysis. Each time we test a new program these test teams will reverse roles so everyone gets a chance to win a little money while helping the cause.
6. The ten test affiliates set up a new affiliate account at the target program.
8. Gamtrak will PM me with the Paypal address of each test player so I can send them their first round of deposit funds.
9. When this is complete we will be ready to start our first test. Gamtrak will PM me and indicate all is ready.
10. I will provide exact test parameters and testing will begin.
11. Data from each team will be collected for the first round.
12. Round two will begin and again fuunds for testing will be sent out and test players will make second deposit and begin playing as instructed.
13. When round two is complete for all teams we will compile data.
14. There will be a two week pause to see what type of emails are sent from the test casinos.
15. Final reporting will be developed and reviewed by the team leader and myself.
16. Gamtrak will announce the program name, test procedures and detail our findings in a CAP Audits Report in a new designated section here in the forums. That area will be located in the Private Industry Area and viewable by registered members only.Note: A Complete test will require 3 to 4 weeks so we will initially be testing one program a month.
Thanks to all the volunteers and to Gamtrak for agreeing to help us make CAP Audits possible. I do believe it will make a real difference for affiliates across the board. :hattip:

I will alert the teams with the first Audit information by morning informing them of thier role. We start testing tomorrow.
Both teams have been notified and I’m awaiting thier reply with information that I need. I have sent you the members of each team and information you requested.

It’s definately a ‘busy’ task, but I like staying busy. You stay out of trouble that way. :tongue: hehe
Stating the obvious I know, but this is a fantastic idea. Big ups to the Prof and the team behind this movement. I can’t wait to see the results!
I want to remind all test affiliates that I need your test link asap so that all of the test players can sign up or you will be replaced by another team member on Monday.
We have a time schedule to adhere to so please be mindful of that. :hattip:
Edit: Please do not change the titles of the PM’s that I send so that I can be more organized. It’s challenging dealing with 20 different people at once and that will help me. LOL
The 10 test affiliates either have an account or is waiting for approval on their application. Once I get the login information for each account I will send it to the 10 test players to begin their casino play.
I will meet with the Professor to verify that the casino funds to test with has been sent via paypal to the test players and we will begin that phase.
New CAP Audit Forum opened. Paypal funds go out today and testing will begin tomorrow.

.What happens if a program is caught shaving ? will they be exposed on cap have their certificate taken away ? wont this be a conflict of interest because they pay for this ?

I would hope and guess they would have the certificate removed – I think no matter how much money you pay for certification if you are caught shaving by this very public method then screw you, you don’t deserve a seal
I’m not sure of the procedure that CAP has to handle that, but I did want to apologize for the delay in releasing the results of the first audit and hopefully once this latest CardSpike drama is over the Professor can get back to this.

The CAP Audits are not a witch hunt, but rather a method to help improve affiliate programs and the industry as a whole. The audits are a positive way to make sure things are proper and efficient.
If the audits do reveal any issues with tracking, reporting, etc., then we at CAP will work directly with that casino/operator to ensure that any outstanding items get fixed. Once any outstanding issues are fixed, we will then feel that our job is done
However, if we do find a casino shaving and/or having an issue that is unable to resolved, their certification may be revoked.
I hope that answers any outstanding questions. The whitepaper on the most recent CAP Audit should be available tomorrow.
:hattip:Of course they do adam. The certified partners support the community and make it all possible. We spend hundreds of thousands of dollars each year on development and support for CAP and the certifcation fees are what keep the lights on.
