:fencing: Right on Capt… keep up the good fight against those spreading hate on CAP…I’m a retired cop – if you and/or your family’s safety has been threatened via the internet consider reporting it to the authorities. I don’t know about Fla but in many if not most states it is a serious crime to threaten harm to anyone using the internet (just as it is to do so via the US Mail). KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.. and don’t worry too much about the hate mongers rights to free speach. They can :kissass:

Threats via the internet can be very unsettling.
I am very happy to hear that as we as an affiliate program are appreciating this forum as a great channel to communicate, get feedback and have an open dialogue with our existing and potential affiliates. WTG Professor! I haven’t been a member at CAP for very long, and I greatly enjoy most of the posts and the valuable information I have received. I did notice a dark undertone in a few posts, but thought it typical of most forums and tried to ignore it. I am very pleased to hear this behavior will not go on! I am also very disturbed that anyone would go so far as to threaten your family. I hope the legal action taken is successful, swift and punished to the fullest extent of the law.

I really appreciate this forum – the polls and some of the posts encouraged me to give my bingo site another shot after I was discouraged by some failed ppc campaigns on enhance.com.

1. It seems every online industry is inflating with these types of people – annoying, aggravated, and usually arrogant. It is an unfortunate reality.

I am sorry to hear that there have been problems on this board. However, it does sound like the Professor has things back in control. Such a fine line between free speech and hate mongering. Personally, I get no satisfaction debating any issue with negative people, or people who attack each other personally on these boards.
I am a Canadian that just finished living in Colombia for 2 years. In Colombia the drivers and especially the taxi drivers are very aggressive. They will run you over if you are slow crossing the street. But in a parking lot say at a big grocery store their behavior changes. Why? Because these (usually short and small), taxi drivers cannot escape so easily with all the cars in front of them. They are very brave on the open roads however. What I am trying to say is allot of these “brave macho computer personalities” are just small men with no gonads to begin with. If confronted in the real world they would run for cover. They are usually cowards who hide behind their computers. That’s the way I see it from my condo here in Manila.
Which leads me to tell you why I joined this forum and why I traveled to the Philippines. First, let me clarify one thing before I start. My ex-wife and some of my friends believe I am not dealing “with a full deck.” lol. I have to agree. I am on a disability pension and in 1 1/2 years my disability runs out and my pension will be reduced significantly. I have a passion for holdem poker and thought why not create a website and see if I can make some money promoting it. And it will give me something to do each day. I think it was George Burns who said the reason for his longevity is that every day when he wakes up he has something to do. He has a reason to live. My favorite quote: “I would rather live my life and die than live my life dying.”
So, I packed up my bags and sold all my stuff in Medellin, Colombia and caught a flight to the Philippines. I am here because of the cost of labor and my limited funds. I am in the process of hiring some people to design and develop my new website…http://www.holdempokerinsider.com. And, I am trying to teach myself SEO. It’s a daunting task at my age (63), but I enjoy what I am doing and if I fail, nobody can say that I didn’t try. And, I have a reason to get up and greet the day every morning.
