Hi Bonustreak, the BetUS Partner program is for the BetUS.com Sportsbook and Casino. The Casino is a DGS Flash casino that is built in to the Sportsbook, our primary product is the BetUS.com Sportsbook and Steve does indeed take care of the management of the Casino (DGS) and now Shark which we acquired fully this year.

I am saying Shark is not part of the affiliate program. It has it’s separate affiliate system, Casinopaycheck, that Hdaddy would have used (or anyone who promoted Shark casino). I do not run this. I run the Sportsbook Partner program. I can see how this is a little confusing.

Also, I believe that Steve is and has been assisting Hdaddy with his issues. I hope this clears it up a little more!

Yes, Carlos appears to be correct.

It is confusing and I can tell you that Carlos has been a help.

Carlos had absolutely no idea what was going on when I first told him of this just prior to the CAC – and at the CAC he had Steve Call me at which time he was very candid and told me he planned to pay me but did not know exactly when it would occur. I like Steve so far.

As for Carlos he was blind sided by this and has no part in Shark casino. The person I was dealing with is COO, BetUS operations – he was overseeing the casino management of Shark Casino at the time – which betUS recently acquired in full this year.

There is no reason for me not to believe carlos and I do feel that he went out of his way to help this situation so far and I would not exactly put Shark casinos short comings on the product that Carlos is offering. Again, Carlos had nothing to do with the shark situation that occured to the best of my knowledge. He understands that payments are late but is saying that they will come.

As for an update on my situation: Shark has put a deposit in a casino account for me that I was to request a withdrawal from via Check. It is for about 1/10 of what was owed and it is a promising start to closure of this problem. I have cashed out and am awaiting the transaction to be approved, then will wait on the check to arrive. Hopefully this becomes a regular occurence over the near future and we can be done with this problem and move on.

Ok this makes more since to me now, yes the old management of Shark left you guys a big mess, and I agree you should not be held responsible for their past errors.

    Cheers!

No matter what, previous management or not, I’d like to help fix problems where I can. I appreciate your post Hdaddy and I will of course do what I can to help out. Steve, I am sure, will also do his best. It was good to meet you in Vegas and to say I was blind sided is an understatement but I am glad I helped things along.

Stop calling me Carlos too!!! Ha ha, I’m Italian, not Spanish! :la-de-da:

    Cheers guys!

Well then that is all good.

So long as you are a reputable outfit, now that you HAVE acquired shark then you should be able to pay up the outstanding payments due Hdaddy and clean the whole mess up, correct?

I believe that’s a private matter between Hdaddy and Shark. I’m sure you’ll here the outcome of it in due time and I’d like to thinnk everything will get resolved. I believe the process has begun. As I don’t manage it, then I can’t comment, Hdaddy knows I’m a point of contact if he needs me because I have assisted somewhat in the past. Cheers
