InactiveInteresting stuff you found there, Nick! I´ve never trusted Shark casino, they always came accross as a shady outfit. I even suspect that they may have bought a database if they knew that hdaddy had a couple of whales that they may be interested in.

InactiveNick, that was very interesting!
The person that I have had contact is mostly involved with BETUS, but he is keenly aware of the casino and its deal with me. I have a feeling that a bunch of undesirables are all in on the project including betU.S.
His cell is based in NYC but that obviously doesn’t mean much.September 9, 2006 at 5:34 pm #705316Anonymous
InactiveWow get this email I get from the manager of Palace Of Chance after I got into a heated chat with them.
Jason,I honestly cannot believe the way that you spoke to my agent. I am still at my office doing payouts and guess what, I was going to send your payment today but not anymore. Nobody was lying to you, actually Monica was right when she said you were going to get paid today. I went through all recordings to find her conversation with you yesterday and I noticed that she never said you would be paid by 3 pm, she asked YOU TO CALL HER by 3 pm if you still thought you were not getting paid.
It’s good to see what happens while I am gone. I left for surgery and then come back to find out that you are treating my clerk with disrespect. She is new and did not deserve to be treated that way.
I do not tolerate that and I never will. Now, because of that I will take my time to pay you, anyway you are labled as a bonus abuser so I can take my time. I honestly thought that at your age you wuld have grown at least enough to know how to treat people.
If you want to post against us go ahead, everyone will see the way you treated my clerk since I am posting that chat, I sure am. That way casinos will know better than to deal with a person like you who is going to trash their employees.
Thank you for letting us know what kind of player you are. Please do not call nor enter our chat, your IP and computer are going to be banned for that matter.
Have a great night

InactiveHere is what I wrote back to her.
Hi Lisa,
Ok I find it quite interesting you finally do decide to get in touch with me, of course after I have to kick and fuss like hell and make a scene, it is sad this is what you made me resort to doing just to simply get an email back. I have a gut feeling this is what you intended to happen as well. I know name calling your clerk was wrong but I have been lied to by everyone at your casino, I also know that your casino is in financial trouble and that is more then likely why you are slow-paying so bad. I am an affiliate for online casinos and I know for a fact this is not how you treat players who make repeated $10,000 deposits. These people are the bread and butter of your casino and this is the way you treat them? Telling them for five weeks every single day to expect your first withdrawal tomorrow, I then get fed up with the lies and the manager is never present, I was told you would be in the next day, guess what I call and I am told today is her day off. The next day you’re sick and so on and so on. Your associates tell me know one else can authorize a withdrawal except you, honestly I haven’t seen a casino that tells players these pathetic lies, who knows maybe it works on your average players but I have been in this industry since the day I turned 18 years old. I made a mistake in depositing anything with you; do you remember the deal we made before I even deposited? I was not going to deposit with a casino that took over a YEAR to pay me the first time. You tell me the casino has new owners and I will be treated great this time around. What ever happened to that? You continue to act like a little child, now you are admitting to doing everything in your power to delay my withdrawal even more calling me a bonus abuser, very un-professional again on your part. I wagered $500,000 in 3 hours, my average bet was around $200 a hand, yea if you call that bonus abuse, it’s no wonder your casino is going broke. So are you telling me that it’s going to take a year again to get paid in full? Not a smart business move at all. You still have time to save face as I have not brought this up anywhere as of yet. Do you get it, I just want to get paid what is owed to me nothing more nothing less. I do not enjoy wasting my time with these emails, I do not want to start a public war on a forum about it. I simply want to get paid and those are simply last resort options that will be used if nothing else works.
Regards, Jason

InactiveThat is typical actually.
It seems that 95% of my players with this group you are dealing with wait at least a month to get paid and many get put on hokey payments of $500 per week while they deposited over 10k. It is no wonder that this group are thought of so poorly. Players don’t go back to them after this treatment. It is the most backwards way of operating I have ever seen.
Interestingly, regarding the no money to pay theory: As an affiliate (AKA PARTNER) With shark I would have much more appreciated them just telling me the truth about it rather than the 1,000+ lies that they told me while intending to steal and not pay. That became utterly disgusting to hear after a while.

InactiveYea if they don’t have the money to pay up fast, simply tell the truth, everyone knows there excuses are a bunch of lies. It took them over a year to pay me the first time I played it was for 16k, my deposit was 10k. They sent me like 1k every month if I was lucky. On the last 4k they owed me they paid really fast like a week, I was impressed and I was told they had good new owners, so I gave them a shot. This is what happened. I could shoot myself for being so dumb.

PatrickMMemberHdaddy was a little mixed up when he spoke about ReferSmart (now BetUS Partners). I think that anyone who has commented on the response to this first post should at least be made aware that at no time did Shark Casino become a part of ReferSmart.
I have emailed him and spoken to him in Las Vegas. I am sure he should pop along some time and back this up. Thanks for your time and come check us out or drop me a line and we an talk. Cheers!
hdaddy wrote:I feel obligated to warn all of you about Refersmart. They are the group that has BetUS book and Shark Casino. You will see them at the CAC as they are sponsors but I warn you not to forget this story!I was contacted by Shark casino in the spring and they offered me a deal in order to have my large depositors start playing at Shark. They would not tell me how they knew about my whales but that they were very interested in getting them into Shark casino.
My deal that they gave me was 10% of total deposits and 25% REV.SHARE instead of the normal 35%. I accepted and launched a campaign for them. I had a big month for deposits in May and in June as well.
In June under the 25% deal I was also due $12,212.76 of Rev. Share on top of the 10% of deposits. Everything seemed like it was going well at that time… then my payments started getting delayed for a multitude of excuses….. then not made at all (they claimed they could only send so much at a time is why payments were being made). At first the non payments were always accompanied by a “its a Holliday here” or “accounting is gone” or “Just give us until Monday and it will be in your account” and on and on with the excuses and delays.
When June ended I stopped the promotion completely until I was to receive payments.
I was avoided at all costs until I would “catch” the person running the program on the phone once in a while. He would always claim to be very busy and that he would call me back — of course he never EVER did…. except once when finally he contacted me and asked why I had stopped sending players and I informed him that I needed to receive payment before I would keep sending these whales to him.
At this time he kept trying to persuade me to send players and that he would eventually pay me. He promised that he would never operate like this but he needed me to send him more players so that he could pay me what he owed me. LOL.. I didn’t like the feel of what was happening but wanted to make an attempt so I told him to send me HALF of what was owed to me and I would run the promotion again temporarily. He said that he would think about it but he also informed me that if I did not send more Whale players through Shark casino that he would not be willing to pay me.
He complained that my stats for May were negative so that he did not want to pay me rev. share for my excellent June stats. (It clearly states that they do NOT have Negative carryover btw). He also thought that I had been paid “pretty good” on the 10% of deposits even though it was not even half of what was owed. It is now September and he continues to do the cat and mouse game of avoiding me and not paying. He has lied repeatedly to me about things and is basically trying at all costs to not pay what he admits to being the deal.I would warn everyone to think about this before promoting them.
If anyone can offer assistance or advice that would be awesome. As of right now I just stare at the stats of all the deposits that I sent to them and my June Rev. Share numbers and am sick about being stiffed.

I have been so busy for a year trying to get the Sportsbook affiliate program happening that I never had time to take care of the Casino. With more time free in the future I will have more to do with improving the goings on of the RTG brand.
I am still wondering if Hdaddy is goign to step in and verify all this, I hope so
So there you have it folks, I or ReferSmart (now BetUS Partners) have never been part of the Shark Affiliate program, this has always been Casino Paycheck and a separate entity from me. I hope that clears things up, I was ver yhappy to be at CAP promoting the BetUS brand. Since I joined the company in September 2005 I have seen nothing but positive action from new management and colleagues to bring the brand up to what I now think is a competetive standard.
If anyone would like to talk further then please feel free to PM me @ “carlo_at_betus”.
Cheers!

InactiveI think maybe you never had time to integrate it but it was there and apparently the person running the show at refersmart was actively answering on shark’s behalf regarding non payment issue. To me that and the fact that it was on the refersmart homepage is running it regardless of how you try to spin it.

This is not spin, it is fact. The person running the show at ReferSmart (me) never spoke to Hdaddy until recently. I am hoping that Hdaddy logs and anounces this, I hope this clears things up as I’ve nothing to hide here at all.

InactiveI am not trying to be a pain in your rear but this is really confusing since I deal with Steve, whom is very nice and great to work with btw, he has helped out the Shark affiliates (at least for me) who had problems in the past. He sends emails with Steve@betus so your saying that Shark is not a part of your program? Why not have Steve help Haddy out, he seems to be doing a great job with the casino, and btw even if you have not added the casino to the actual program your still caring for it and earning off of it right?

The Casino is a DGS Flash casino that is built in to the Sportsbook, our primary product is the BetUS.com Sportsbook and Steve does indeed take care of the management of the Casino (DGS) and now Shark which we acquired fully this year.
I am saying Shark is not part of the affiliate program. It has it’s separate affiliate system, Casinopaycheck, that Hdaddy would have used (or anyone who promoted Shark casino). I do not run this. I run the Sportsbook Partner program. I can see how this is a little confusing.
Also, I believe that Steve is and has been assisting Hdaddy with his issues. I hope this clears it up a little more!
