I believe you need to register as a bidder, and the cost should be around $100 which can be used towards purchases.

$100 for the list ?

surely not. refunded if i buy something, but no list to determine if im interested in anything? nothing was mentioned about that before. only that on the 18th we could view the full list …

    Hey guys,

OK, to view the entire list of domains that will be up for sale, please go to:

    http://www.moniker.com/liveauction

Don’t forget that you will need the special password there.

If anyone needs it, please contact me: [email protected]

As far as the $99 mentioned above, that is only for absentee bidders. If you are registered for CAC Amsterdam, you do not have to pay that fee.

Let me know if I can help any further!

See you all real soon :)

    Best,

I don’t get why folks should pay fees and jump through hoops to get an auction list.
You would think they would want the largest number of potential bidders.

I’m not sure about the full list, but here are the domains I’ve put forward:

    http://activadomains.com/index.php?mod=search&category=47&list=category&lang=en

The .es domains have not been submitted. Not included in this category but also added to the Moniker auction:

    DirectAffiliate.com
    MobileBets.eu

I haven’t had any confirmation from Moniker yet if any / some / all of these domains will be on the list for the auction.

Can somebody who is registerd please post the list or even in the private sector? I too agree, why would they not gladly post the items for auction, seems very strange to me?

Moniker has not been very responsive. i also tried to setup their financing thing they offer and got no reply.

Then this public list was supposed to be available a week ago, not even an update.

I got an email from Marc saying he “think” you have register… registration is $100 bucks redeemable if you bid on the names.

However if you must spend 100.00 to find out if you are even interested does not seem very facilitating…. :hattip:

thanks for the list Tarzan :hattip:

never seen so many useless overvalued domains in my life (i have bought and sold quite a few domains for $10-$50k+ , so i have a fair idea of a domains value)

but i guess it really is worth what a buyers wants to pay for it, but i just cant see the valuation is these

    $50,001 – $100,000 InternetGold.com
    $50,001 – $100,000 casinoreview.com
    $50,001 – $100,000 webpoker.com – is this for real
    $5,001 – $10,000 FREE-PASSWORD.COM ??? lol wtf

    $1MM – $5MM BestCasinos.com … common now, be serious

$1MM – $5MM OnlineCasinos.com …. OK, great name, BUT onlinecasinos.net sold last year (before usa ban too) for $17k

    $100,001 – $250,000 BoatCasino.com LOL, LOL, LOL

$100,001 – $250,000 gambling.org – OK, good domain – but still i think is a bit overpriced…… so how much is my domain worth ukgambling.org ??? which i registered last year for $8

Could not have said it better myself…. but darko remember now we are dealing with the domain dealers. everything will be overpriced. if they had a great site producing moderate income on some of these domains, it would still be hard to justify the prices.

Luckily only 3 I was moderatly interested in and the one I am really interested in is so over priced, I’m not to worried about someone else getting it. :P
