fatbill asked 3 years agoI’ve been looking at results for a number of poker related terms in Yahoo, and it seems that there is a technique that is becoming prominant AND taking over results for most of the major Poker and Texas Holdem keyword(s) in Yahoo.
They are using thrid level domains on jibberish main url’s, to replicated a site and change only the keyword phrase. They are all interlinked in an obvious keyword link spam scheme.
The sites are virtually identical, and are purely ad sites…
This has been showing up for almost two months now.. I’ve been expecting Yahoo to catch on, but it does not seem that they have…. since the link at yahoo to report spam is going 404 ( at least the one I have found ), it would seem that it will continue…
