biggygMemberThere are many good programs who dont deal with usa players.I didnt like that suggestion. As for the 3 days rule , Yes they should respond within 3 days but sometimes impossible to solve an issue in that time frame.

InactiveI don’t know how to put this exactly, also the limited knowledge of english comes in when you want to choose your words carefully,
but,
i’ll give it a try…Professor, are there any programmes you did not certify?
or de-certified?somewhere, even in bussiness, there is a border in what you want to sell or not
the value of the certification must not decrease
this is not a personal attack, but a real question of a CAP member who iwants the best for you and CAP
now i am evading and running away to my hiddingplace

vladcizsolMemberYes elgoog there are MANY programs that have applied and been rejected. We do look at the terms and conditions of the programs and if we see anything overtly predatory they are rejected. We even reject complete software lines from CAP certification.
If the casinos have a bad reputation amongst players and affiliates they are rejected.
Quite frankly the insinuation that we take ANYONE who pays us is VERY insulting. We are not whores available for a pittance. That premise is one of the things I found so offensive about this thread. Thats what is being implied and its rude, untrue and uncalled for.

vladcizsolMemberThanks elgoog. You are a long time member here, so perhaps you recall that we did de-certify two very large programs last year due to issues we had with their behavior. We tried to solve the problems that existed first then when it was apparent that we werent making progress we de-certified them.
This involved the return of certifcation fee’s and the loss of that revenue for the community. From a financial standpoint it was quite a hit to our bottom line. But we willingly did this for the betterment of the community and the industry as a whole.
After several months of negotiation both programs made the changes we required and were later re-certified.
There are a number of other programs that were de-certified that were never readmitted. But this is something we would prefer NOT happen.
We want to maintain a good working relationship with all the major programs so that we can assist affiliates when issues arise. When they arent certified we cant do that.
Thats the main reason there are programs listed here that you or I may not personally work with, but there are enough other members that DO work with them that it makes sense to have them onboard where we can deal with them.

InactiveWhere too begin? Well first I personally feel CAP is a very important resource for any Online Gambling Webmaster. CAP took it upon them selves to make this happen. We should all be great full!
I personally do not feel CAP’S moral and ethical standards are NOT up for rent. This has been demonstrated by decertifying many programs in the past. Some programs have returned and made the necessary changes and certified once more. 888 com I am finally seeing some improvement but not in the software they provide. But I am not here to talk about 888 they have already had their dose of reality.
In regards to Cpays personally they are BH/SEO junkies. They should start taking responsibility for the properties they own. Perhaps disengage like 888 has done with these dirty little webmasters they rely so heavily on. Looking over the Cpays thread I see very few positive remarks. Instead I see Spam, payment problems, blackmail, privacy violations, and dishonoured agreements.
Excluding myself, Cpays knows better not too respond to my posts. Sure wouldn’t want that Pandora’s box to be opened.
I have the utmost respect for CAP always will regardless. But with all due respect CAP, hasn’t this Cpays thing gone on long enough? Maybe it is time to have a closer look at cpays?
I won’t be following up on this thread, just have very little time. Rest assured Professor and Moderators CAP ROCKS.
