I’ve been out of the loop with affiliate company happenings lately…dealing with family matters and such. I do know Vegas Affiliates owe my partner and I quite a bit of money for two months now and we have not been paid. We’re getting the run around too…you know, the whole “next week” crap. I thought this was a reputable affiliate program…although not CAP certified. Am I mistaken? Is anyone else waiting on payments from them? I would appreciate you guys filling me in on the happenings with this group. Thanks in advance, folks!

    Have a good week!

Yup, they owe me cash, too…

Not a lot… just from residual player activity. But they are very ambiguous about when they will pay me… or if they will pay me at all.

Kinda frustrating when yer just trying to break even with rent, food, and bills.

Yes, they pay with a month delay, I’ve received April commissions 2 weeks ago and I know my friend had already received its commissions.
Now they owe me May commissions, hope to receive them soon.

I was told they would start processing them today, and then Junes should be a little faster this month. I think it takes a day or two for ecocard to process so I will wait it out and see if it comes in. We all know VA is a little slow at paying each month, but they always come in the door. I hope they continue because they out perform any other micro I work with by about 3X and thats with less hits a month. Strange.

Thanks for the information, y’all. Guess there’s nothing left to do but play the waiting game.

I don’t mean to sound like I’m being a griper here, but one tends to think that if affiliate company “A” can get your payment to you on time and without hassle…that affiliate company “B” should be able to do the same as well.

Vegas Affiliates, being as large as they are, should have their chit together better than they do. What could possibly be the hold up…the lag? Rewards doesn’t have any problems and they are a large group. And not being able to get a straight answer disturbs me more than the slow paying crap. It’s an insult to my intelligence, some of the BS they try to pass off as reasons, which are nothing more than excuses.

Ok…I’m through with my little rant…lol. Thanks for listening, folks. With us being colleagues and all, I knew you’d understand. :-)

I took down their banners long ago and replaced them with a better converting and paying brand, saves me a big hassle chasing money every month plus if they cannot pay us how are they able to pay players, my players are always my top concern after all it they are not happy then in the end neither am I.

But remember they had a stumble with the stats broken that whole month.. I think Max is doing a pretty good job actually. Afterall he walked into quite a mess when he started, stats not working at all then. But he took the heat and stuck with it and I think he’s doing as well as anyone could considering..

He did get April payments out after the stats finally got fixed. And May’s were sent to accounting or whatever, last week he said. So depending on how you’re being paid I’m expecting to see May’s this week.

Remember, Vegas Affiliates are on time right now.. almost. I mean, they’ve always paid at the end of the month.

Obviously they have some issues they’re still working on. But I didn’t expect May’s payment sooner then the end of June. That IS on time for them. Isn’t it? lol

They owe me a large amount and I’m not very happy about my emails going ignored.

I was understanding about waiting 3 months for my payment before only because they are my best performing site and I’ve never had a player complaint, but I’m getting frustrated about wondering IF I will get paid.

I really hope they get their act together with paying affiliates soon or I’m going to have to drop them.

Without a doubt the players are our top concern. That goes without saying. Kat and I have never endorsed any unreputable group of casinos at GOTB. We have been very selective when choosing which casinos to promote to our members. Does anyone know of any instances where players are not being paid in a timely manner by VA casinos?

With all due respect, Max is only one person. I am not familiar with Max. Kat handles communicating with the majority of our affiliate managers. However; any emails she sends to VA go unanswered. Posts she makes at GPWA are left sitting there without being responded to for days and days. When a response is given…it’s just more of a brush off than anything. I’m not blaming Max for this. I can only imagine the hell he walked into when he took his position there. It’s VA as a whole entity that is responsible for this.

I didn’t even know stats were broken! How can we be sure they are fixed? Take their word for it? The word that comes from the same authority that says we’ll be paid next week – next week – next week…and then nothing. Nah…I don’t have “Sam Sausagehead” written across my forehead…lol. Show me the money! That’s what I’m talking about. ;-)

I’m not sure, but I haven’t seen them with any more complaints at meisters or wherever… in regards to paying players.. then the next MGS casino. Overall, MGS casinos have a pretty good repuation about paying players I think. I know when I play at any MGS I don’t worry about not being paid.

I think they give more priority to their players being paid than affiliates. I’m guessing. I can say that I’ve played on and off at VA casinos over the years and cashed out once a small $700 from a free chip and they paid me very quickly and it was an easy transaction.

I didn’t even know stats were broken! How can we be sure they are fixed?

How can we be sure any stats we get are absolutely accurate and working 100% correctly?

You can search this forum and find several strings of posts during the time when the stats weren’t updating.

My last 3 months at VA have been exceptionally good. I think I got a whale too. :)

Look, in no other occupation would it be acceptable for your company to come to you and say…can’t pay you this month, maybe next month and so on and so on. I have seen posts on other forums where some affiliates are owed up to 6 months.

No one is holding Max personally responsible. He does in fact eventually respond to my emails. However Max took a job, as our liason and this makes him incidentally responsible.

We, are only owed May now June commissions…not as bad as some. However it is a decent amount…a few thousand.

I have a background in advertising. Everyone paid for their advertising. We promote these casinos sometimes for months…before seeing any revenue. This brings NAME RECOGNITION…which some companies pay millions for. A player may not download the first time they see a VA banner, however after seeing them on my site, your site and a few reputible sites they are more likely to. This is given to VA free. Now that all my hard work is starting to generate revenue…darn tootin, I want to be paid and paid on time. Just as VA employees I am sure expect to be given their paycheck on time…which incidentally you and I pay.

We cannot allow this to become a precedent, where this sort of thing is acceptable. We all work hard on our sites to bring them the traffic. Most everyone that I have seen post, says they make money with them. Hmmmm, if we are making money…THEY ARE MAKING MONEY. They have been paid…we want to be paid. We did our part, they need to do their part. It’s that simple. They got benifit of all my hard work…now I want to.

Very simple. I don’t think to much to ask.
