From an outsider’s point of view, many of you have problems with CPays etc.

I couldn’t comment as I don’t know but I see that this move may be a positive move for everybody as they are looking to resolve all issues.

This is a good opportunity for this newly merged company to put all the wrongs right and continue successfully with such a powerful brand such as William Hill.

I hope everyone wins in the end :)

WOW, check what I found on WillHill’s website:

Additionally, should you wish to start earning money immediately please sign up to our associated affiliate program CPays

    Hey Stupid.

I dont see what the problem is – its the first part of the integration of all the software platforms. Come Jan 16th (I think), full integration of all the backend should be complete and all under William Hill online.

Its not that exciting is it.

It’s just that I did not see Webroute S. mentioned anywhere :tooconfus

Aaaah – thats not an issue. Webroute is like the marines in this operation – a small band of people helping to co-ordinate everything ;)

Its a massive job – we are integrating three back end systems and Orbis, Playtech and Crypto software, poker, casino, bingo and sportsbook and its going to be *huge*, but we have to start integration somewhere! We’re still here and arent going anywhere – dont worry about that!

I personally wouldn’t touch anything even remotely associated with Cpays. When I started my site I negociated a deal with that lot and it was a disaster unlike any other! I had my affiliate mgr there changing my ability to read full stats and even went as far as to ask me for my password so they could look into it!

I’m no rookie to this business by far and have dealt with many aff mgr’s and for most part all have been great and none ever have asked such things. For me, William Hill is off the books and it is not relevant to me what changes they make in the future.

I’ll never touch them or allow for promoting of any of thier sites on my sites. Sorry, but it just plain fact.

Just wanted to say that I have worked with webrouteservices before i knew they were cpays and I survived.I actually was pleasantly surprised by the results.

Thats cos they were different companies…..

And on that note, this will probably be the last work related post that I make on CAP.

As you can imagine, now that we are in the final stages of the merger and everything is taking shape it has been decided that all Forum posts across all Forums (not just CAP) are to be handled from a central point, so that the correct, consistent information can be relayed accurately instead of having a bunch of different Affiliate Managers having their 2p worth across all the brands for William Hill Online.

So, from now on, all complaints, moans, whinges and general malaise will now be handled from a new department. I will however lap up any plaudits and praise and pass it off as my own work ;)

Fear not though – I will still be just as active in the Forums and in the Industry, I just wont be a mouthpiece for William Hill Online anymore, instead I shall be concentrating on growing the Affiliate Management department for all UK Affiliates or Affiliates who have UK traffic.

As always – if you would like to work with me, please feel free to email, MSN or call and I will do everything that I can to help.

    Here’s to an awesome 2009!

    I can certainly understand that.

I’m currently waiting to see if one of the reps I work with at another brand that deals with CPays can get the $12,000.00 that CPays has owed me since 2006.

I want to be fair and state that CPays did infact pay me last week.

I’d like to thank TheBoyMitchell for checking in with me on the status of my payment since the day I asked him for help and I really feel that he is a take charge kind of guy and gets things done!

Thank you very much Neil! You’re the man! :hattip:

I should also add that maybe WillHill is indeed changing CPays in a good way.

A couple of weeks back I was contacted by WillHill with affiliation request – I told them that I don’t work with CPays and asked them to remove me from any mailing lists they may have – and not an email since!

    KUDOS!

If you are a UK Affiliate or have UK traffic that is not PPC based, then you will be looked after by my team in London. And if you arent, then just ask!

Honestly, just contact me – my details are below. My job is to help you to make money, and I love what I do. Just add me to MSN, email me, pm me, hell…even phone me! I’ll do whatever I can to make William Hill the best performing program on your site(s).

    Go on…… :)
