InactiveOk – looks like ability to see stats on U.S. players has been restored – thanks.

vladcizsolMemberMy stats are less then half of what they were before the locks were placed on. If the players were locked where did the other half of my commission go? They obviously couldnt have been winning since they were locked and couldnt play.
On top of that my current earnings are less then 10% of what they were last month at this time. What’s up with that?

InactiveI am with the Professor, if they locked the accounts that is one thing but to take our earnings away from us from money already lost by those players that is a bunch of crap!! That was money earned by us and better be paid out to us!

InactiveThey have updated the reporting to show the previous earnings.
As they said they would……
Thomas Furber wrote:Hi All,The statistics on WagerShare automatically removes revenue from locked players as they are usually fraudulent. This is obviously not the case in this instance as all US accounts have just been locked, and as a result of this the IT department are creating a script that will show the revenue generated from these accounts. This will be live next week.
At the end of the month all US revenue that your players have generated will be added to non-US revenue and your commission tier will then be determined. As per usual all accounts that were locked as potentially fraudulent and that have subsequently proved to be non-fraudulent will be paid on.

Thanks
TomI sometimes wonder if people actually read the posts properly or are simply that impatient that they need to jump and shout. Everybody is in new waters here and huffing around is not going to change anything.
Wagershare has ALWAYS been good to their affiliates!

InactiveIf you go in now, you can see all of this month’s revenue.
If you go into player stats, you can see what all has been locked, the red ones are locked.

InactiveTom, Many thanks for getting that sorted so quickly – I was expecting to not see anything until the end of the month – so doing this as quickly as you have, and with it all being a bit of a shock to everyone’s system – its greatly appreciated

And ditto peralis – Wagershare have always been good with me as an affiliate

Cheers,

InactiveThanks for the update WagerShare
All reporting is accurately reflecting the stats (and we’d taken screen shots).
