Honestly after all my talking up of and devotion to wagershares program over these years I feel like a complete and utter fool….

Talk about slitting your own throat.

Yeah, we got into an online verbal assault over it

And not only you, but several senior members here were willing to stake their reputation on this program that i had always suspected was up to no good

If you “believed” me, you would not at all be surprised by suspicious activity, as the signs were there

Too bad for you guys, but i dumped em long ago

One move you might all wanna do, is stop promoting places that don’t accept US players, do not focus on the European or Canadian market, some places are making the effort and making adjustments to continue accepting US players, for those places who can’t be bothered to make the proper adjustments, i say screw em completely

    Wait a minute

Why am i one of the last people you would want to tell you “i told you so”

Hey, i know my shit pretty good, i called out the World Poker Exchange, Fast Poker, Tropics Poker, Sportingbet, and all the other stiffs before they became officially bad

No hard feelings, it was never meant to be an “i told you so”, it’s just when my spidey sense starts tingling i like to get the word out and see what others think

I hope you guys put the pressure on the casino’s(where it belongs), and not on yourselves to have to adjust to these changes

No hard feeling here either… Its just all the conspiracy theories you have…..

Not saying I dont agree with some of it but you just seem to be over the top sometimes. Kinda like Mel Gibsons character in that movie…

    Anyhow back on topic….

Quite a few people have called out Wagershare for years; this just seals the deal: now maybe others will see their true character. I reduced their traffic to a drip over a year ago based on what some considered conclusive evidence that something more was going on.

I think I have about 1200 coming for September; I think I am going to tell them to stick it up their ass! I sure dont want it in payments of $60 a month!

    Yeah, this is BS.

Why are all the programs able to pay on time as usual and Wagershare isn’t?

Yes, they should at the very least offer interest as a small gesture of goodwill.

    Hi Again

Over the past 5 years we’ve done all that we can for our affiliates, we’ve never been involved with any of the affiliate scandals whilst many of our competitors tried to change your commission structures and terms and conditions retroactively. Further to this, when we took over the Money Mechanic program we honoured all the affiliate mappings, again unlike several of our competitors that spring quickly to mind.

The payment plan that has been put in place still means that you receive everything that is owed to you. We are not taking anything away from you.

We’re sorry that you have to wait the 6 months for you full payment, but you will receive full payment.

We understand your frustrations but we hope that you will look at how we have conducted ourselves throughout our partnership with you, rather than to decide that we are acting against your interests, based purely on this step that we have been forced to take.

Once again, we are not taking anything from you and you will be paid 100% what is owed.

    Sincerely

    The WagerShare Team

I was going to stay out of this but it became a bit too much to bear.

Just because you didn’t screw the pooch then doesn’t mean you have the right to screw the pooch now.

A publicly-listed company is responsible to its shareholders as well as its partners. Publicly-listed companies do not breach the contracts they enter into with their partners. They might request a little consideration from their partners, but they cannot take action unilaterally without grave consequences.

You were not forced to take any action here. You have decided that you are going to pull out of the US market – entirely your right, even if we all disagree with it.

However, any ensuing chargebacks, if they occur, are because of YOUR actions, not the affiliates.

What you are doing here is no different than telling US players who are due their winnings that you will pay them 50% this month, and 10% in each subsequent month, just to make sure that they don’t do a chargeback on you. How do you think people would take this scenario?

I urge you to do the right thing for both the affiliates and your shareholders by honoring your contracts and being responsible for your own actions by absorbing any chargebacks which arise as the result of your own withdrawal from the US market.
