Stefano told Dominique that payments were being processed yesterday. When she starts today I will have her PM them again.
I think they are running behind due to Stefano leaving and Pierrek taking over.

That said there is NO EXCUSE for being this late with January payments.

    Hi,

Following this thread, we have decided to remove the toll-free numbers from our website, as the service provided by the outsourced helpdesk company is obviously not up to the required standards.
We will soon reinstall them with a straight line to Vegas Affiliates staff only. This will however imply a 10am/7pm GMT phone availability rather than the previous 24/7 offer, but we do believe that the quality of service will improve as a result.

    Watch this space…:)

As for the commission delay problem, Chips For Free was actually referring to his February commission.

As stated in our terms and conditions, Vegas Affiliates makes commissions payments between the 15th and the 30th of the following month, and February commission will therefore be paid between the 15th and the 30th of March.

We do understand that this timeframe is upsetting to some of you who need quick payments in order to initiate quick investments. I will make sure that this timeframe is reduced within the next few months.

Please bear with me on that as this implies technical modifications of the system and terms agreement with our casino partners.

Thank you very much for your understanding.

Hmm actually on about Feb.15 I noticed the stats changed from how they normally read out to “PAID NETELLER” or somethinga long those lines. This leads me to believe that this was for the previous months statistics. I checked every day over and over and it was from totals stemming back to my start of the program.

You didn’t mention the fact that you guys do not know why my statistics are totally deleting my totals and leaving out last months commissions and overwriting it with this months totals…….the only reason I bring this up in the forum is because I know of at least 2 other webmasters who are in the same position as me right now and I want them to know about this since you didnt mention it. So can you possibly explain to everyone what you said in the emial to me about the system deleting the totals and such?

    Thanks

    18. Is there a minimum amount required before I can get paid?
You must have at least $150 in commissions in your account before you get paid. In the event that you don’t meet our payment threshold, the payment will rollover until you reach the minimum payment threshold.

I was just informed by Pierrick that it’s $150 per casino and not the group total like Fortune Lounge or Vegas Partner etc do when totalling your payments. Strange.

THis program is very confusing and frankly I find it more of a headache then proftiable

Pierrick, you’re going to have to change that. And just when I was about to test you guys out again… no way under those circumstances, and no way on a 15th-30th payout timeframe.

I still would like him to address the situation about my account and what happened or is going on with it……because I think it’s important to know. Something about my details being deleted or overwritten and their tech guys or as confused as I am lol……

    this bites.

    Jeez,

I guess they just miss the boat, no emails informing people, the terms and conditions unclear. Many instances of people not getting questions addressed and dealt with as well. Not looking to good …. I almost signed up around the Holidays but there were threads about problems etc …. at that point. I will have to pass on this poker game, the deck appears to be stacked, marked and someone seems to have aces up there sleeve. Plus again another stats problem.

If you are going to run a program you have to test this stuff out before people start depending on a return of investments. There is no excuse for poor stats anymore. I come from the days of pouring over log files which was the begining. That was also over 7 or 8 years ago or more. At this point there is no excuse.

I dealt with some of the sleaziest freakers in the world in another industry but atleast they made sure there programs worked before they let people send traffic to them. They even had good support often from 9am est till 2 or 3 am and kept there affiliates informed of changes.

Fine. However, I am still referring to my January Commissions.

This is turning into a game, Pierrick… and not a nice one.

I have now been paid for FEBRUARY by some sites while Vegas Affiliates holds my JANUARY commissions.

I have given you guys every opportunity… more than I would normally since I have met you personally. So please do not attempt to defend VA’s irresponsible behavior or place a positive spin on things. I will have far more respect for you if you take responsibility, take your licks, and get me my meager commissions.

You must have at least $150 in commissions in your account before you get paid.

I certainly hope this is not the case. If it is, Pierrick, I highy suggest you change this policy today… before you gravely upset 99% of your affiliate work force.

I am waiting for my cash. What you do within the next 48 hours will affect our relationship drastically.

    OK…

I just read the T&C at Vegas Affiliates. Here’s what it says about webmaster payments:

    PAYMENT OF THE COMMISSION

The Merchant shall pay the Member all amounts due for the month between (15) and thirty (30) business days following the close of the month. Member balances with less than $150 outstanding will be withheld until such time as the balance exceeds $150 at the end of the month.

So it would seem the only people in violation of these T&C are the Vegas Affiliates. How odd.

If VA’s changes their T&C to $150 at each casino I will eat my commissions and blacklist them so fast they won’t have time to scream “Mommy help me!”

    Hi,

This is not in my interest and furthermore in the interest of our casino partners to have important members of the gambling webmasters community like you guys complaining about the program.

I will do my best to resolve all problems reported, one at a time.

This might take some time, but we will get there.

I am currently in contact with Chips for free, trying to fix the problem that triggered this thread. I’d like to stress that no stats were deleted or affected by this bug, that temporarily prevents the previous month payment report from being displayed.

Integrity, I will look at your situation first thing tomorrow morning and will call you about it. I’m not trying to dodge responsability, I will take full responsability for what I am responsible for. Let me just take my marks and the changes will come.

As the professor said, I’ve just taken over from Stefano…This is not an excuse for problems encountered, but more simply an opportunity to invite all members to send me their comments, remarks or complaints about the program at this address: [email protected], that’ll help me get a good picture of the current situation…

    Thanks in advance.

I had a whale at Vegas Country with these guys. It took about 20 emails, 5 phone calls and many broken promises before I got paid. However…Notice I said “Before I Got Paid” I was owed thousands and I still have not been paid my full amount since my earnings put me in the 35% bracket, but I have been paid about 75% of what was owed. My advice is to continue to pursue your interests. There is hope. It took me 3 months. My advice is don’t take them seriously because they will promise you everything. Just my opinion as VA has been a thorn is my side for 3 months now. I hope the new affiliate manager (hint hint) will take a look at my account {Affiliate ID: rmdoka) and see that I have not been paid my promised 35% commissions over the past 3 months and I;m still owed commissions for January, 2004 for Vegas Country.
Furthermore, I have been over the $150 commission Tier (Per your T&C) at Colosseum Casino since December 2003 and yet to receive that commission.

Thanks for speaking up for the people affected hehe….
I thought it was kind of absurd that each casino had $150 threshhold….for those of us just starting off that’s kind of hard to do at every casino.

I hope we get our monies!

    Hog,

    Long time no see, bud!

I must say that given all the nasty stuff in this thread it will be very hard for me to give VA’a prime real estate.

I like Pierrick personally… nice guy… and perhaps he is the inheritor of these problems. But to whom much is given, much is expected.

I hope Pierrick takes charge of this fiasco, puts on the “new sheriff in town” hat and gets this moving in a possitive direction.

Well – I can make it simple. They say that they pay between the 15th and the 30th of the following month. If my earnings for Feb are recieved between the 15th and the 30th of March I will further increase exposure. If it isnt I will take Vegas Affiliates completely off our sites.;)
Ive been hearing alot about late pay, screwed stats, etc and I dont have the patience for it. I should never have to police the affiliate programs to make sure I get my $$ and I wont.

My affiliate id is dvs007 .

See how easy that can be?
