As for me the affiliate site is down.
I was told they were bringing in a new affiliate manager today. Also that the stats were being worked on.
Ok, I wrote to Max (the person filling in as Aff. Mgr.), to enquire about my March. payment. This was his response:
Hi Kat,
Just checked and they’re due to March wich is still on process.
All your details are in the system however so you’ll receive them when the account dep will clear out the delays.
Not sure what this means, or if it means anything,
but want to THANK him for his expiditious response because, he is being bombarded with emails. Understandably so.:unhappy:I just got a reply from Max as well asking what exactly is owed to me since I’ve not been paid since last November.
I really hope this guy works out and get us paid in a more timely manner then in the past.
Wow. Same day responses three days in a row from Max
Let’s hope this means we will get some money now.

I think he receives now tons of emails. I also sent him a email but didn’t receive a reply.
Btw anyone see their stats update? Our stats got stuck on the 18th and nothing since…
No sign of stats yet, but I am getting good progress with Massimiliano regarding payment. He seems very efficient and keen to help. I am impressed…..will be more so, when the payments come!
He is processing a bankwire to australia for me, for jan and feb commissions and he said march in the next week.
As I have said it is a good program, one of the only still getting deposits from old players on our account, vs rewards which have really dried up.
He also said regarding stats that the developer will hopefully fix it soon.

Nice to hear such progress, yes I agree with you VegasAffiliates is a good program, but their stats and payment delay make me crazy. I’m not going to remove them, because it’s one of those programs where I have deposits from old players every month.I wish they would get the stats working again. It’s the last day of the month, and I have no idea how much I made from the 15th to the 30th. :unhappy:
The same for me. I hope they’ll fix our stats correctly.
Now I am not so sure. I was told payment would be made on Monday. Today I get an email that it may only be next week
According to an email from Massimiliano he will be at CAC
I hope whoever goes to CAC will sit VA down for some heart to heart. Get some commitment from them.
yes, I emailed yesterday and asked if wire had been made and I was told that they were waiting for the “last affiliates to send me their details” (this would be re: the wire banking details).
Why not do a batch of payments now and one later?

We should have a CAP award category for most excuses…
It’s nice to have some communication but I won’t get excited until we see money.
I won’t be at CAC but I propose someone coordinates a crisis meeting with VA. It would be great if someone could step forward and organize this.
