InactiveSince they changed their affiliate systems my conversions are down to zero. Normally get 5 – 10 there a month – can see the visits logged but new players? Nada.

InactiveSo much for all of Henry’s “plans” for the new stats….. It sounded like it would have been pretty nice after everything was finished; now I wonder if any of it will happen at all.
For those of you who are experiencing poor results — you did change your affiliate links, didn’t you? The old links don’t work anymore; you need to grab new links from the new affiliate platform.

Thanks, I forgot to do it. Btw today I receive email from VA and they told me that they had already paid Feb commissions. But I don’t see them on my Click2Pay account.

InactiveDon’t know which of their stats is true. I changed all old links to the new. And I compared my old and new stats. And they were different. Understand nothing.
Where is true? I believe my old stats but I changed my links to the new links, so should I believe the new stats?

InactiveRemember that the new stats are two or three days behind, for whatever reason. Yep — while most programs are moving toward live, real-time stats, Vegas Affiliates is going the other way, launching a crap-ass system where the newest data is 3 days old.
Anyway — when you compare the new to the old, you have to set the old stats so that the “end date” matches the most recent data in new stats. If you don’t do that, then the stats will never match up since the old stats contain more data than the new stats.
Hope that makes sense!
When I compared my stats a couple of months ago, things like clicks, downloads, number of players, etc. matched “pretty closely,” but the only thing that matched exactly, 100% of the time was the amount deposited at each casino. That was the most important thing to me. It showed that the new system was working at least as well as the old system.
I do give them credit for leaving the old stats online while they construct the new system. At least we have the chance to compare the old to the new… many programs would simply make the switch without giving anyone a chance to view both systems at once.

Inactiveok, thanks for the answer, but I know about their 3 days delay and I compare the stats by days. For example, these screenshots are my stats for the first of April with old links:
Old Stats:

And new stats:

And these differences continue to be every new day. The main differences are in Net Income.

InactiveAksana that is my exact same problem
My problem with them is the old system is showing i earned more then the new system , while the deposits are the same the new system is deducting more wins that the old system oes not show .
And yes im running it for the same dates for the month of march , so even if the new system is behind it should be the same .

InactiveI believe the stats problem is happening with everyone, including me. I was told that this is a technical glitch and they didn’t have the resources to fix it. The new stats deposits show the correct amount, but net income is always showing less than it should. The referral commission is not showing in the new stats either. I have also changed most of my links and would like to know if they are being tracked by the old stats, or just the new stats.

InactiveThe replied to my email about the differences in the stats:
There is a developer working on this right now. Not sure how long it will take to fix this error, but it should be done shortly.
For the time being the commissions are pulled from the old program until everything is correct. Both the old and the new programs track all of the financials correctly and the problem is in the xml feed to the new site.
Once this is fixed stats will start to work correctly on the new site.April 12, 2007 at 11:24 am #733727Anonymous
InactiveHas anyone here actually received payment for Feb?
After many emails I just got a response that they have sent a “high priority email to accounts” to process our payments.
I have phoned numerous times and there is never anyon to speak to.

InactiveI received Feb commissions to my Click2Pay account.
And about the stats they replied to me and told me that they would fix that, the old stats show the correct incomes, old and new links were tracked well in both stats.
