I would double them up in a new category…Rude Rogues!

Beats me why they don’t spend a little of their advertising budget on customer relations seminars, it wouldn’t go astray.

The unfortunate truth is they are probably the lowest converters of any program and I have heard little good said of them.

I will instruct my lawyers to file a lawsuit for US$ 2,000,000

😮 Hope you are not getting sleepless nights about the pending law suit!!!

They have no legal base to be taking you to court as a ‘Rogue Casino’ is the view of your site.

Interesting development with Tradal, interested to know their future plans with their casino and poker room.

Thanks for the support, guys & gal….

It just blows my mind… Tradals response to the above:

    Todd,

I remember you from Vancouver. You told me that we paid you what we owed you so I don’t understand your problem.

Don’t you find it odd that out of thousands of affiliates – you are the only one that has troubles with us?

The lawsuit is actually ready – and No, I wasn’t laughing and I suggest you to prepare some money for lawyers.

Posting this kind of slander about us is certainly not within the freedom of Speech and I suggest you to check it with you lawyers (in case you have one).

As a last gesture of good will from our side, I’m ready to give you a real last chance. What is the amount you claim we owe you – if any?

    Yossi Pereg
    Tradal Ltd

    They aren’t worth an email… but…

    Yossi,

I just spoke to my lawyers (Yes, I do have a firm… not just an attorney, a firm). Could you send me Tradals physical address and the name or your attorney with his/her address?

I will let my people deal with yours. And after you provide me with the information I requested, I am telling you that you are not to contact me directly again… you are taking productive time away from me and hurting my business.

Will that be the end? Me thinks “NO”.

Just for the sake of adding fuel into the fire. I personally had issues with Tradal in the past. “Dejan Nicolic” and “Negev Nosatki”. Very rogue business practices. Stay away from Tradal! If you want to promote Casino On Net than contact 888.com directly.

This is the biggest B.S. I have ever heard.

MANY webmasters for YEARS have reported SERIOUS
    problems with Tradal.

    ONE?????

    Is Yossi going into politics?

Truly, in more than 4 years with communications with hundreds of webmasters I recall only TWO ever having anything remotely positive to say and that was a long time ago.

Integrity, we will, if they pursue this any further be more than prepared to put up a rogue page on every site we have in support. :)

I hope a few others here would be willing to do the same.

This is simply bullying tactics against an opinion held by far more than one person.

    I would support that, deaning.

Yossi can’t piss on one of us and get away dry. I’d like to see him dripping buckets.

I’m in. please give us the okey dokey and not only that; I’ll be happy to send the azzholes a link to where they can find it on my 20+ some sites.

I have had my fill of cheating sponsors and frankly, at this point, I’m ready to go down fighting rather than give an inch!

Hey Talk! did U get my PM? if not; it just said I’m glad to see you here!

this place jus keeps gettin’ better n’ better:bigsmile:

    Wow!

Let me tell ya, folks… it gives me warm goose bumps to see so much support! It is VERY much appreciated, and I hope you all know I’m a big believer in affiliates strength in numbers… I would be there for you guys in a heartbeat. :colgate:

I am still unsure of Tradals true intentions. I mean, I’ve been sued before and there was no warning. I always thought that if you were going to get sued the paper work just showed up and BAM! You’re served!

Tradal seems to threaten a bit much, so I feel it’s a bluff. Yossi must NOT be a good poker player, because if he was he’d know that when you do bluff, be prepared to get called…

It also seems they are almost begging me to tell them I want money. Yossi asked me twice what I thought they “owed” me. And my old account rep wrote to me after I told Yossi to leave me alone. Guess what he was asking about!

    Dear J. Todd,

I am very sorry that we came to this point, this is not the way Tradal works!
to be honest with you, I really don’t remember what was the issue back there and why and how we both got to this place in which we are about to start a leagal fight.

If Tradal was not a professional and honest company we couldn’t have cared less beeing in your black list. but as we are not, then we both have a last chance here to get this issue to a closure.

It is possible for me to make mistakes as I work with hundreds affiliates and sites but in your case, to be honest, I don’t know what makes you so angry with us….

I will appreciate if you could tell me what is bothering you and if you still owe you money please let me know what exactly was it for.

    Thanks
    Shai kaufman

    I replied:

    Shai,

I should not respond to you. My attorney told me not to answer any more emails from Tradal.

However, for your information, Tradal is on my list of programs to avoid for several reasons that I experienced FIRST HAND:

    1) Stats that do not track properly.
    2) Slow payments.
    3) Non-responsiveness to serious affiliate concerns in emails.
    4) Abrupt and rude dealings with affiliates in person.

This is not slanderous or libelous, it is first hand experience.

Tradal could have given a damn less about me or my little website (in the past). Tradal ignored me and blew me off like I was scum.

Now, my webmaster page gets good traffic and Tradal is suddenly very interested in talking… Tradal is suddenly interested in my site… Tradal is suddenly concerned about the way they treat people…

BUT, you don’t inquire about my content… no, Yossi just gives me orders… then he threatens… and you guys expect me to just roll over and do what you say? How incredibly arrogant and self-involved.

I am sick and tired of having to put up with programs who act like Tradal. Then, they turn around and want me to kiss their butts. It angers me.

I am not some insignificant webmaster anymore. Tradal will treat me with respect or I will not deal with them at all.

There has been no reply to that.

I ran into Yossi at the Vancouver conference in 2002… At that time I thought he was an ok guy: He had paid me what he could and told me Shae had been fired.

Hmm. Then Shai writes back to you after all of this?

Tradal also owns Empire Poker amongst other things – they are not a small operation and this would frankly be unacceptable in my book.

I had one brief encounter with Tradal a couple of years ago – guy named Brendan, very nice guy, ran into him in Singapore recently as well. Never a problem – but I didnt trust their stats, plus CON was never going to be an easy convert so I dropped them after a month.

Since then I have been approached by at least 7-8 other Tradal agents… you think they would keep their own databases of people NOT to contact?

Ted, it seems Shai didn’t even remember who I was. He originally contacted me about a month ago with an invitation to Empire… so much for the “keep their own databases” straight idea!

He remembers me now, though… makes me wonder if Tradal is monitoring this thread. That would explain the slow-down in my email traffic.

Iglobalmedia does the same thing LOL. I get contacted on a regular basis by their account executives, even though I know all the senior management.

Needless to say, their decision to contact me must be predicated on the fact that they don’t see any banners on the site. But naturally they don’t realize that there might actually be a REASON that the banners aren’t up :)

Strangely enough, with regards to Tradal, they compete against Random Logic for the same affiliates. And obviously I know senior people at Random Logic as well… in the end I guess I can’t blame them for continuing to try – but I wish they’d do a little research in advance first.

I’m just a little surprised that Shai was “fired” but is still contacting you.

Good thing they had to put it in words, because I don’t know how to read numbers haha
